I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.

He moved so quickly throughout the massage that I couldn't relax or enjoy it. When it came time for the hot stones, there was no warning or even a simple "hot stone" before placing one directly on me, which caught me completely off guard. Then, when he was wiping the oil off, he was so rough and fast that I honestly felt like a wet dog being dried off after a bath. That is the best way I can describe it. The only part I actually enjoyed was when he worked the knots out of my traps. He did a good job with that, and I want to give him credit for it. Unfortunately, that was the only part of the massage that felt good. I still left a generous tip for my massage, but overall I left feeling very disappointed. A massage should feel relaxing and unrushed, and this was the complete opposite experience for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I specifically told her right away that I wanted medium-to-soft pressure, but the massage was much too aggressive. She also used an excessive amount of oil and kept drenching me in it, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself was not well maintained. There were holes in the walls, the door kept opening during the massage, and you could hear noise from other rooms because there was no relaxing music that u can hear playing in the room. It really did not feel like a clean, peaceful, professional spa environment. The price was $90 for 90 minutes, but unfortunately, I did not feel that I received the quality of service or experience I expected for that price. Parking was also not convenient, which added to the overall frustration. Very limited spaces and tiny area. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience for me, and I would not return. Never again.

It is not a fancy environment, but what they lack in aesthetic appeal, they more than make up for in skill. The room was initially cold, but I asked for an extra sheet which solved the problem. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service. I cannot speak for any other therapists but mine was top notch so I recommend this place 100%!

I've been struggling with persistent pain in my scapula area, and in the past, I've had massages that left me bruised and sore for days. Leanna's approach was a breath of fresh air. Her technique was incredibly gentle yet remarkably efficient; she managed to resolve the pain and tingling in my shoulder without any of the typical discomfort. What I appreciated most was her holistic approach. She didn't just treat the symptoms--she provided me with specific stretches and posture adjustments to help prevent the pain from coming back. It feels like she truly cares about her clients' long-term well-being. I also attended a sound bath here, and the results were unexpected but amazing. I've dealt with chronic tooth pain for over a year, and while it isn't 100% gone, the relief after one session was significant.
