Not at all happy with the way they conduct their communication. I was a potentially new client looking genuinely for a matchmaker agency. I was initially on a phone call with them and just wanted to try giving them a second chance and get membership information. I wasn't able to speak clearly for myself as they just dominated the conversation and it was clear they had incorrect information noted on me from a previous interview I had with them. I tried to correct that politely, to talk and explain and wasn't really able to do that and was talked over and felt really disrespected. I decided that this wasn't the agency for me, told them I wasn't at all happy with their customer service and ended the call. Then I received texts from them claiming I had done things with my behaviour that had not even happened on the call, false assumptions and judgements were stated about my character and this came across as blame projection and gas lighting. As someone who has a background as a certified coach, counsellor and in various other psychological areas for over 20 years. There were other texts telling me to talk to another person besides who was on the call and that they don't give out fees. My question to that is how are you supposed to pay? The texts after the call came across as written rather rude and arrogant. I tried giving this service a second chance after the first time and I regret doing so, I would not recommend it. I fully expect them to attempt to justify their unprofessional behaviour in response to my honest review also. read more
