Communication was poor. The very bad: For two weeks I've been calling and messaging to have the cleaners return to finish the job (i.e. blinds). The landlord is seeking to retain $140 from my bond because of this. Messages are not being returned, and calls when answered lead me nowhere. I am not going to waste anymore of my time. They claim to guarantee bond cleaning, but fail to do so. Use at your own risk. I explain that the keys have to be handed in and I can not take time of work on the Tuesday, I am them told that this is MY FAULT FOR NOT BEING MORE ORGANISED. So the result of this experience is loss of a day's income, loss of some of my bond and a more expensive carpet clean due to the lack of notice that the other company was given as well as this man being extremely rude and insulting. How do these people still have a business???
