Brian…read morewas attentive and responsive to our problem and needs despite the fact that our dialogue began on a Sunday. We didn't expect to hear back until the work week but received a call soon after we left a message. He guided us through disassembling a faucet on our sailboat in order to see the correct cartridge needed to repair the leaky faucet. His help was exceptional and much appreciated. We received our part one week later as we live in MD. Brian took it one step further and spoke to the distributor regarding the polished chrome control lever that we inadvertently scratched in the process of repair. We are hoping to receive it any day now at n/c to us. His relationship with them allowed this to happen. Needless to say, we were very happy with our experience with Niagara Faucets.

But I was more put off by the attitude of the woman I took to be the owner. The counter staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The owner was anything but; cool, distant, superior. Currently, Stevara Bridal is undergoing some major renovations right now, so my review is strictly…read moreon the fine service I experienced here. Even though the recent refurbishing has limited the number of dresses they have on-hand and even complicated dressing room arrangements a bit, I was impressed with how the staff made-do with what they had. I accompanied my boyfriend's mother, daughter and friend to a dress fitting and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the dresses presented to us. Susan, the owner of this up-and-coming bridal store, was equally helpful and unobtrusive. She and her assistant presented several dress options and ideas with accompanying accessories (i.e. belts and brooches). Offering lighthearted jokes and sincere compliments to our bride-to-be, the staff was truly a joy to be around throughout the entire appointment. From my understanding, the clientele list is a bit exclusive, but once you're in, you have a wonderful and jovial staff to help you during this very special shopping trip. Whether you are planning a wedding or vow renewal, Stevara can button you up in something beautiful.
