When I called to schedule an appointment for my wife, she asked for our insurance information, which I provided. I was then told that our insurance is not accepted by the office. Despite this, we decided to keep the appointment in case something changed. I informed her that if I did not call back, the appointment should be canceled. However, two days later, I received a notification that we were marked as a no-show and charged a $100 fee. A few days after that, I received a letter stating that we are no longer welcome at the practice. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if someone other than Carol could reach out to me to discuss this matter further.

He does NOT inform them and help them to decide, he does all of it on their behalf. I would NOT trust him. You have a baby with him, he will make decisions FOR you, as well as his patient. Not a good guy deep down. Find anyone else. His nurses operate in this same manner, or at least one of them did. Carol, his elderly nurse, word for word quoted him to me in slut shaming me. Run. Go elsewhere. I should have reported him to the board.

After reading reviews from medical websites, I chose to go with Dr. Fleming at PWHC. I'm over halfway through my pregnancy and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is incredible! Everyone is extremely attentive. Dr. Fleming's nurse always returns my calls timely and takes my concerns seriously, even if the solution is just a little reassurance. The office is really nice, well maintained and very clean. I had a lot of worries and concerns during the beginning of my pregnancy following a MC and Dr. Fleming truly listened and helped take extra precautions to get me through the first trimester and to monitor me more closely. He has an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend WPHC - as the entire team and office staff are a dream team. I have my full medical record from my out of state provider and when asked what my options were she said that I needed to call my old out of state provider and go back there (ITS OUT OF STATE I CANNOT GO BACK THERE???) and was told that if I came in for my annual Pap - this was scheduled for a month out that I would be turned away for not just that appointment because I am pregnant but ANY APPOINTMENT. For us this is a great way to start with a new doctor and stay for a very long time. The staff is very friendly. The wait time is minimal due to the few patients. Dr. Davalos and Evelyn (nurse) speak Spanish which is a plus for my wife. I don't know if the rest if the staff does, but I'm sure they can direct you with someone that does. Signed in and was waiting in the empty lobby for 45 minutes. I then was brought back to the room and waited 30 minutes or more after the nurse did her work up. I was not checked in on once or told how much longer the wait would be. Dr. Boyd comes in and sits down in the chair across from me. She then wanted to review my medical history. It was completely inaccurate. I had spent 25 minutes writing down my detailed family history prior to my appointment as required and she was repeating it incorrectly. I then corrected her politely and she "fixed it." She then said I was here for my hormone evaluation panel and I agreed and she just ordered the labs. She did not ONCE examine me or take a look at the areas I was concerned about (even tho that was why I was there). I was told they do not do labs in office and had to obtain them and return in a month to review the results (which is fine). I was then checked out. About 2 weeks later I received the EOB from my insurance and she billed a moderate visit that cost my insurance $600 dollars and I had to pay $175. I went to look at my chart summary and the medical history was STILL wrong after Dr. Boyd "fixed it" in the exam room with me. She had completely incorrect diagnosis of cancer for my family and had random diagnoses for my father (that I did not report and he does not have). My occupation was also wrong (despite filling it in myself online as instructed beforehand like the rest of the paperwork). I have never given a provider a poor review before but the lack of detail and absolutely NO physical exam by her was not ok. I am seeing another OBGYN next week who I hope cares more than Dr. Boyd. Please go see another provider and avoid this practice. I paid my fee but I will not be returning.

After going back and forth with them for several weeks, delaying my payment, they sent a payment request for $609 with no itemization of what it was for. They are SCAMMERS and are now trying to charge me for something and I have no idea what it was for. Don't go here unless you are scamming and trying to run up an unnecessary bill! Such a horrible experience and I was not planning on doing a review until we got this letter that ANYONE could have created on their computer as a word document saying that I owed $609 and that it was my final notice.
