We arrived on a Friday late afternoon for her first session. Location is clean and well managed. Leonard is the MPT and he is the sweetest! He was very welcoming and my mother felt very comfortable. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Within my mother's 60 minutes session, she would do the following: stationary bike, assisted pull ups from the chair, weights, and treatment for her areas of pain. After a couple sessions, my mother was able to see results. Her swelling went down and she started to gain her strength back. In contrast, the other Select PT location provided both targeted manual therapy and cryotherapy (ice), which made a noticeable difference in recovery. During one appointment, the older female therapist with blondish hair held lengthy, non-clinical conversations with coworkers, including openly discussing a complaint involving herself and another therapist in front of patients, which was unprofessional.
