After going back and forth, they said they could meet at 11 am on Saturday. Now, Saturday came, my husband was in the online meeting room, but nobody showed up. He waited for 30 minutes there and ended the online meeting. Now, after he left home, Evelyn called him and said she had forgotten the meeting, with no legitimate reason. And after wasting part of his weekend, she told him that they only offer the full management service and do not help just with finding a tenant. The purview of their service is fine; that is their choice, but this could certainly be communicated via email instead of going through this unprofessional and disrespectful experience. I was surprised to find many great reviews about this company, which was good for them, but I guess our need wasn't lucrative enough for them to care if you can drop a meeting they scheduled without giving a legitimate reason.

This park is great not only for children and the huge castle like playground it has to offer but also good for dogs. They have morning Saturday hours so I went to pick up and buy the salt on Saturday. The person I interacted with was polite and professional. I will update this if I do business with them again. I appreciate the availability of the Duracube "Iron out" salt on a Saturday morning for pick up. (A lot of other places around AA do not have Saturday hours, and it is hard to get to them before they close during the normal work week).
