Thanks to Greg Ash and his family, the city of Westland has reversed their position and now is holding my neighbor responsible for the fence repair and maintenance. If it hadn't been for the Upright Fence Company, I would have never found GLA. Their prices are reasonable and they will do the survey specific to your needs to try and help save some money. This company is not to be trusted. I asked for survey of my small lot in Lansing Mi and at the end…read moreOf the job one of the guys said your lot is perfectly 133 foot long by 33 feet wide. So after they left I measured the front lot and it was not 33 foot wide it was 32 1/2 feet. They also promised me a drawing of my property. All they sent me was some sort of certificate. When I called them and asked them for the drawing the lady said you only asked for the staked survey. I also left a message with someone they're in charge and he never called me back. When in fact she told me when I first called them to ask them to survey my property that they would include a drawing of it. I also overheard one of the surveyors talking to my neighbor to the north and I think they did not place the northwest stake in the right location after talking to him. Do not trust this company they will not deliver on their promises.
