One horrifying chore we needed to do was replace the front stairs. We hated on this idea for so long that the renters finally complained! So, Fendt was the first place I thought of. They are very close, of course. I believe they did Mom's brickwork 20 years ago and that is German-garden style well-done! We hardly ever have to weed or sand it. Very nice. We ended up getting a couple of on-site crafted stairs and support blocks for underneath. They look great! Hey, be sure you wear back support when you do chores like this, OK? :-)

However, once Mike had half our drive torn apart, he increased the price by $2,000!! We felt that Mike quoted us one price to secure the job and then changed the price when half the drive was torn up and there was no turning back. Mike didn't take out the entire drive as he originally quoted us because he didn't think it was needed. But he still charged us the original quoted price. The final product did not look good and the workmanship was poor. Mike told us our drive would last for twenty years but it's falling apart and we had to have it repaired after two years.

We had recently purchased the house and it…read morewas clear the previous owners did minimal maintenance on the asphalt driveway- there were many cracks and it just looked bad. We were new to having an asphalt driveway, so I didn't realize there was an asphalt 'season'. Anthony's Asphalt was patient in answering all of my questions and were able to fit us into their schedule before the season was over. They did a great job filling all the cracks and seal coating the driveway. I called again this year to fill a couple of new small cracks and for another sealcoat. They came out, provided a quote and I mailed back the contract. I didn't need to be home to get the quote or get the work completed, so that made the process so much easier. Will be using them for all our future asphalt maintenance needs.
