His "expert" had to come out at least 2 other times to repair where it was leaking, finally putting on a torched roof which should last 15-20 years. It is less than 5, there are 2 "ponds" on that flat portion and it has started leaking in my house again. Response by the owner is nearly non-existent.

He was doing some other roofs in our neighborhood that were damaged from a bad storm. Marvin worked with our insurance company and made every step so easy. The large team he sent out was so professional, quick, and thorough! There was not a piece of trash or a nail left when they finished. We have a 3,000 square foot home with a lot of steep slopes. They were done in 2 days. Very high quality materials. He found some mistakes that the insurance adjuster had made and some things that were left off of the estimate and got those taken care of also. We highly recommend this company!

The culprit was a broken seal around the exhaust for our furnace and the first company we called wanted to "find more to do for us" so the fix could "meet their minimum." We called Stop the Drip and coordinated with Christopher - he was kind, professional, and flexible with his time. He explained exactly who would be arriving at our house, and made sure he understood how we wanted to communicate. They were out here the next day. Christopher's brother, Miller, came to do the work. He got delayed in arrival but was very good about keeping us posted on his timing. Miller did great work, was incredibly professional, made the fix painless. It is currently raining cats and dogs outside (4 inches so far today) and we don't have a water feature over our dining table anymore! These guys were great and we will absolutely call them for repairs again if needed!

Now this timeline might not be the norm but for me it was great! I had called a half a dozen independent contractors over a period of months to look at various carpentry repairs and either got zero response or "let me get back to you when I'm less busy." Then my tenants moved out of the rental side of my house so work needed to be done ASAP. Randy was prompt and made an early morning call so I could make it to work, almost on time. He wrote up a quote. Their automated system for quotes and acceptance is a tadbit clunky but I'll take technology where I can get it. Everything was typed out and readable. The man who did the carpentry was polite and meticulous! I'm sure the doors he repaired haven't looked so well in 100 years. Then the painter came in and took care of the rest. Will definitely use them again. I do think their prices might be higher than hiring an independent. But they also show up and do the work when and how they promised. So definitely worth it.
