You will always feel comfortable leaving your dog with them. When Chichi had a minor health concern, they called me very quickly and let me know what was going on. I was able to take her to the vet that day. They even followed up and called me to make sure she was doing okay. The logistics were a bit odd because I live out of state (but was coming back to ensure I was there) and we were having him euthanized at my parents' home. Dr. Mary came out, explained the process, was patient and gave me all the time I needed. It was far more peaceful than I expected, and both she and the gentleman who did the transport were immensely kind and gentle with my sweet boy. I have nothing but great things to say about the service and compassion given by Peaceful Pet Passage. I feel lucky to have found folks who helped me give Brody this last kindness.

They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing . He explained everything , answered questions , was sympathetic to all our needs , and really cared for us and our babies. We were super happy with the service, they understood that one of my cats is a shy weirdo and made sure she got her food, even if they had to put it half way upstairs. I got regular updates (and pictures) so we knew the two cats were absolutely fine and that helped us to have a stress free few days out of town. They include litter box cleaning in the service, which is also really helpful and they offer a lot of flexibility in what type of pet visits you need to schedule. Donna is most definitely willing to work with the pet owners and the communication was excellent. I also appreciate that Go Away Pet Sitting also has a good online tool for communicating, scheduling and getting updates as well as billing. All in all, we are very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

Despite easily…read morerecognizable symptoms (that were instantly picked up by the emergency vet in Lancaster) my cat was given steroids and painkillers. When I said there seemed to be an infection on his mouth, they said his neck was injured. I took him to another vet and they identified the problem immediately; a chipped tooth that was irritating his mouth. Both instances were easily identified by other doctors. My cat could have died from a preventable cause had I not left this vet. If you care about your animals, you shouldn't consider this vet.
