My latest session from Holly this past week was very attuned and caring. I felt very cared for thru the whole process. She even used sound bowls and I was very relaxed and dropped in. So far my integration is shifting me into a great place energetically (I am also an energy healer and bodyworker) and I am falling back in love with my work because I am taking better care of myself. I am so grateful for Holly's presence at this time and feel my energy is more open and safe and free. I would highly recommend her work (not to mention her space is very immaculate and inviting and beautiful). thanks Holly!!!

I first met Holly when I was pregnant with my second baby and I was having the typical symptoms of…read morethe first trimester, nausea and headaches. Immediately when I met her I felt cared for and safe. She started the session and intuitively picked up on the issues I was having that day almost right away. During the session I felt I could let go and deeply relax and enjoy the healing taking place. I thought my symptoms went away because I was just so relaxed but when I left her office that day, I couldn't believe that my nausea and headache went away. And it went away for several days afterwards. I wasn't sure if I could feel that powerful healing again, until I went again and the same thing happened. I was blown away by the power of Reiki and her healing abilities. During sessions, I felt so many shifts within myself and I was able to feel this energy working its way throughout my entire body. She was able to give me intuitive advice that helped me in between sessions to take better care of myself. I could also feel that my baby was enjoying the reiki as well, as she'd move closer to Holly's hands. I had my baby in January 2020 and she is very healthy and has been a complete joy. I credit Holly to helping me have a healthier pregnancy and giving me and my baby that emotional and spiritual support. Holly exudes warmth that makes you feel restored and refreshed after every reiki session. She is easy to get a hold of and schedule sessions with. She never rushes and is always punctual. She's just a dream to work with. I hope everyone gets to experience Reiki with Holly.

Alright, I didn't know jack about reiki when I first rolled in to see Olivia. I had two friends go…read moreand tell me it was something I couldn't miss. Because I have been known to come down with severe cases of FOMO, I mostly went out of curiosity. In short, reiki is like meditation on steroids and you can bet your bottom dollar that if you regularly meditate, do yoga, etc., you are going to have a more profoundly interesting time on the table. Recently, I've been creating what I like to call a "dream team" of wellness people. With trials and many errors, I have found myself a rolfer, a chiropractor, and I frequently schedule appointments at Samana Float Center and Denver Sports Recovery Center. Little did I know that Olivia was the missing piece to my "dream wellness team". The Healing Chakra is clean, quiet, simple. When you go in, it is a no frills routine of laying on the table and letting the expert do her work. She will ask you a few questions so that she can bring energy to specific areas. Hmmm sounds hokey? It's not, within the session or even after a few you will actually feel your chakras open up. She has a nice visual for you to see how you progressed through the session, but I won't give away all of her secrets. Here is the thing. Many people are trained in reiki, but to my knowledge, every specialist is not going to bring you the same experience. So, having a reiki certification doesn't necessarily make you ultra-effective at giving you the results you might be looking for. Olivia has had extensive training and every session with her has been intensely powerful in the lasting effects on my mental state. I will notice that even throughout the week I feel more calm. As a teacher with 60 small human people to guide every day, I have found this practice to be an integral part of my wellbeing for me and the environment that I want to create. I will be doing this for the rest of my life, thanks to the Healing Chakra!

Helen is amazing! Her healing energy is intense and powerful. When you meet her for the first time…read moreyou will pick up on this...she exudes a feeling of zen and calmness...and you can't help but let it rub off on you! I went to her feeling fearful, negative and broken. When I left my first session with her I felt so much lighter, calmer, and more positive. She will have you write your intentions, and say them out loud, for whatever you need to improve or heal in your life. Then she works her magic! That's the only way I can describe it. With each session I become more positive and focused on good instead of negativity and fear. Family members have noticed something "different" about me and even strangers are drawn to the positive energy I possess, especially right after a session with Helen. It is scientifically proven that all humans have an energy field, or aura, around them. When we are depressed, negative or angry our auras reflect this. We are more prone to illnesses, fatigue, etc. and ultimately we attract more bad things to ourselves. When we are happy, calm and positive, we attract positive things into our lives. Working on healing my energy with Helen proved this to me. I had never done anything like this before. More positive things began happening in my life than had happened in years. Within a month, I received a raise; two months after that I received a bonus which I wasn't expecting; a month later I received a SUBSTANTIAL raise. And my positive energy rubbed off on my boyfriend. HE received a raise shortly after my second raise...at a company where only months before his job was in jeopardy and he was nearly laid off. Please have an open mind. If you are closed off from her healing energy then how could you expect it to work? You can't fuel your car and make it run if the gas cap is closed. Helen gives you tools to use between sessions to help keep the positivity and progress flowing. If you practice with these tools you will see and feel the difference in yourself. I didn't mean for this post to be so long, but there are just so many great things to say about her. I am so thankful I found Helen. She has truly been a blessing to me!
