Prior to this experience I had 1 reiki session for myself and 1 reiki session for my 9 year old son. When I arrived, every one attending the session was very warm and welcoming ( I think there was 10 of us total). Cecilia had mats, eye pillows, blankets, anything you needed to get comfortable. Cecilia gently guides you to a state of relaxation even if you are not a "meditation pro"... which I am definitely not.
