During the bathroom reno, we had A/C installed and they needed to knock out a small wall to access our furnace. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the drywall, revised his initial estimate accordingly, and came in exactly on time and exactly on estimate. Nate is fabulous and you should hire him. I'm trying to think of something non-glowing to say... sometimes he can express his opinion strongly. If you're a pushover who will yield to an expert instead of pushing back to make sure it's the way _you_ want it and be unhappy later, Nate might not be the best fit. NEVER would have done business with this General Contractor. He is a con artist that came in and demolished our home. Never finishing anything he started. Asked for more money constantly and never purchased items promised or paid his workers. They stopped showing up and he became MISSING IN ACTION. Yes we had to hire an attorney and who knows if we will ever get our funds back. He is an ace talker. Can sell ice cubes to an Eskimo. Always had an excuse for everything when we questioned the lack of work. He told workers the owners (US) didn't pay him so he couldn't pay them. Classic BS. We are not happy as we thought we had a relationship with him and yes it's true we never should have kept giving him more money when he asked. As of today the complete job is paid in full (our bad). The house is a destruction zone. Barely livable and only 60% from being done. This has been a nightmare to say the least. Evidently he has a claim for exactly the same situation with another home owner. He never returned a rental trailer to Home Depot in Bonney Lake Wa. And owes Honey Bucket money too. He is currently "rebranding his company" to a new Lic# and name. Please be careful out there. Don't fall victim to these people. I seriously don't know how they sleep at night.
