In the midst of taking my insurance information, the phone rang and instead of asking the caller to hold so that she could finish just simply adding my info to the system (which I am sure they had due to this not being my first visit) , she took the call. She proceeded to talk with this call for about 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. Apparently, we was going to be sure I would not be seen due to, i(f there were indeed) "appointments every fifteen minutes" the next person was about to walk into the door. The receptionist had a terrible attitude from the time I walked in, this is definitely the last thing one needs to deal with when undergoing a sudden health issue. I had to interrupt her call in order to ask for my insurace card back so that I could go somewhere else that actually cared about their patients. Do better, Premier Health and perhaps try and find a bit more of a compassionate human being as your receptionist.

He came after me agressively in a waiting room because I wanted to speak to my wife since no one would communicate with me after her procedure. He has no place in the hospital. He should work on a Hog farm where he can herd animals rather than treat Patients the way he did. There were two employees on 4 east that were lazy and did not do what they needed to do. And they prescribed a $50 nasal spray and didn't tell me it was going to cost that much.
