Then the back splash was installed sloppy on the edges at the wall. I am waiting now for this to be corrected. Poor customer service and sloppy work. Do not use this company. Phil the manager is rude and the one that measured the counter. Steer clear of this company.

We expressed to her they my husband and I had been in an accident and could not demo as we were going to buy backsplash and have it installed by them, but when Phil the owner came out to measure he said, that is not something they do ... When we brought it up to Michelle she just said, oh. We had to hire a different contractor for demo. Their contractors do not care about their work, they just slam everything in and don't care about the fit because they will just caulk it in. There was more than a finger tip gap and they told me to paint it. I called talked to Michelle, she reimbursed me to get it repaired by another contractor. They said they secured my dishwasher but when my 70 yo mom in law was helping with dishes and opened the dishwasher it fell forward in her- they did not secure it as they said. They shimmed the granite and left a gap! They also needlessly removed our small beverage fridge and broke it, then slid it back in place- it now needs a new condenser; Michelle wanted them to return to our home and try to fix it. I did not want them back on my house. Would not recommend go else where- see pictures!
