He knows the law and he knows when a judge is wrong. I had gotten my six kids taken away from me for failing to protect two by continuing to let the father visit with his kids. He did my appeal because he knew the court was wrong for taking away my other four kids that had nothing to do with the situation. With the appeal he did for me the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division two returned four of my children back into my custody because they ruled that the judge improperly found that I had a history of mental health problems and engagement in domestic violence when deciding that my children should be put under county care. I couldn't have done this myself or asked for another lawyer. He is the real deal and he will get the job done.
