He also did two implants on the bottom. This is an update. Today he removed the upper arch to made sure everything is doing well. The point is that his care during and after is simply extraordinary. I also want to recommend his office if you need a cleaning. I had the pleasure of meeting Dental Hygienist Beth. She spent an hour cleaning my upper arch, explaining what she is doing and why while explaining how to proceed at home. I still have most of my natural teeth in my lower arch so there are other concerns. She took time to explain what I needed to do to keep those teeth healthy. She also introduced me to several tools to use at home and gave me samples to take home to get me started. This was the best cleaning I have EVER got in my entire life. Also, I was treated with a topical anesthetic which has never happened before. It made the treatment easier for me than ever. Everyone at Middlesex Periodontics and Implants are great people at what they do, done with compassion and great care. You will never have a better dental experience than in this office!

Look this one is long overdue…read more.. I've been coming to Dr. Reich for parts of 5 months now. His office was recommended to me by my primary dentist. I was having some issues with my gums. Originally thought it was related to the Invisalign on my upper gum. Apparently not. Can't say that flossing has been very easy for me over the years. But after a few oral procedures on my gums I finally got cleared. Thanks to the hygienist named Beth, who always gave me different gadgets to try every time I came in. Even giving me a crash course on using some of those items. Going forward, will still have to come here every 3 months for that deep cleaning that isn't offered at my primary dentist. This takes a few visits for upper and lower gums. If you need a periodontist I do highly recommend this one. This is a small office. Waiting area currently allows for only 5 people. And yes, one still has to wear their masks inside.

Doctor Stein came highly recommended. I had a good experience with him. However, his staff (billing…read moreperson) was rude and yelled on the phone after I told her they billed incorrectly for a regular cleaning (they submitted as a more specialized cleaning). My insurance asked for more information which they refused to send. When I asked the staff about it, the woman yelled at me on the phone and said if I didn't pay it would go to Collection at which point I said fine and told them I would never go back. If you have anything done, be sure to ask questions up front about billing codes and such. They will try to overcharge and collect for it.

He kept raising his voice and hands above me. When I asked him did you get to go over what my dentist sent you about my recent visit, he gave me a stern NO and HE Proceeded to walk over to his receptionist and I clearly heard him say this FUXKER. I was so shocked and upset I got out of the dental chair and left! I will make sure next time I see my Family Dentist I will mention it to him. He thinks he is the best in town!!! A couple years ago I had gum graft surgeries with Dr. Wolf and the procedures did not go well…read more After healing I went to get other opinions and each Periodontist I had a consult with was perplexed by what Dr. Wolf caused to my gums, looking at the before and after pictures. Since then I have been working with a couple of top-tier Periodontists that are significantly more expensive to try and repair the damage, and the experience has been a lot better. Unfortunately, the repairs so far have cost nearly $18k, and I have another repair surgery scheduled for next month which will cost another $8k. Bottom line - based on other reviews, I thought I was going to be in good hands, but please do your due diligence. It has been a long and awful journey. I hope others don't have the same experience.
