I had no experience with physical therapy but I needed a great therapist after I had rotator cuff…read moresurgery. I asked three friends who had used a physical therapist extensively and they all pointed me to Travis Booth at Rocky Mountain Therapy Services. They all said he was fantastic and I knew they wouldn't say that if it wasn't true. So I made an appointment and I am SO GLAD I did. Travis, Gentry, Alison and Eric are all awesome to work with. Travis has put together the perfect team. Alison keeps track of your insurance and makes it care free. Aids Gentry and Eric steer you through activities Travis had previously explained and demonstrated to you. Travis teaches you each step in your recovery and lets you know if you are progressing well or if you need work in certain areas. He does so with humor and compassion and truly has your best interests in mind. I am totally happy with my progress and know that I will have full rotation back again. I especially appreciated how the team worked with my schedule and were very relaxed about appointment times. Also, I was extremely concerned after two months, when my insurance expired. Travis made it very clear that he wanted to continue working with me to see me through this and came up with a cash payment that made both of us happy. If your need PT, this team can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and get treated by the best!! Lynne Williams

I was billed $143 just to walk in and get a paper signed for work. They billed me as a new patient,…read morewhich I was not. The doctor I was supposed to see cancelled on me 3 times and so they had me see a different doctor. When I disputed the bill and asked why I wasn't told about this charge, I was told "you should just know you're going to get charged that much if you step up in front of a doctor". This is absolute garbage. The doctor walked in, signed the paper, and left. Zero medical work done, billed $143. The doctor thinks this is ok and states this is a valid charge. I will never go here again.

They did a strep check, told me they were unsure of what it was, take some vitamins, that I was contagious, and that they would let me know in a few days when the results came back. Nothing. not a word. But I sure as hell got their bill for doing nothing to help the control of disease (as I could spread it to all my coworkers; which there are 500 of them...), or to make me feel justified in spending a $100 to be told I'm sick. Well no duh that's why I came in! This is a joke of a practice, and when I called to dispute the bill I was told that it was my responsibility to follow up with them and I had been told that they didn't think it was strep and if I continued to feel badly come back in. Come back in?! To be charged tons for them to tell me its a virus and there is nothing they can do? Is that what 15 years of college taught you? This is not a place they are interested in helping you get better, this is a business making money off your life.

I was so frustrated at my experience, that I've waited over a year to review Foundation PT, more…read moreaccurately Brad Powell, to be sure I felt as disgusted at my care, a year later. I was extremely concerned about getting a good PT upon double fracturing my tibia March of 2025. After much looking and asking questions, I had high hopes for Foundation PT. The staff is helpful and very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. However, Brad Powell, was just too busy to adequately care for me. When I met with Piper, she was great. When Brad P took is obligatory "turn", he was helping 2 patients at once. He'd tell me he wanted to "watch" me do something, which was really code for, it's my other patients turn, so I'll pretend to watch you, while I help them. Then he'd proceed to completely ignore me while I did the assigned task. At one point in my care, I was given a questionnaire about my feedback. I was honest, and that was a big mistake. I complained at his lack of clear explanations, and I was treated with passive/agressive , condescending behavior. I'd tried to reach out to Brad several times after appointments, for clarification, but could never get a call back. He was not happy when I brought that up in the survey. About that same time, we got talking to a cute girl who told us she'd been hired to clean the beds. You could imagine my surprise/concern when she was leading my therapy a week later. She had no idea how I was supposed to do my new tasks, and that was about the time, I'd had enough. I also felt they didn't listen to my concerns. When I repeatedly told them my leg was hurting worse than when I'd fallen and fractured it, they ignored me. I know they followed my Dr's 'prescription' but a few weeks later, I found out I'd been misdiagnosed by the Orthapedic, and my leg was, in fact, substantially worse than when I initially fractured it. The misdiagnosis and treatment were on the Orthopedic Dr, but if he'd have listened to/heard me, some of the problem might have been discovered sooner. I'd think twice about going there, and maybe head to Intermountain PT, where they only help 1 person at a time!!

I always thought physical therapy was just for elderly people but physical therapy is for EVERYONE!…read moreAfter my husband had such an amazing experience he made me an appointment. My wrist has been hurting on and off due to my profession as a dental hygienist and I just thought it was something I had to deal with. But after a few weeks with all the amazing people at foundation physical therapy I am completely pain free and have all the tools I need to continue strengthening my wrist at home. Thank you sooo much for such personalized and individual care. I looked forward to all my appointments because it was such a fun and encouraging environment. Highly highly recommend for anyone and everyone! The team here is incredible and will take the best care of you!

They're so friendly and helpful. I had dealt with some plantar issues in my foot and through some scraping and laser to my foot, i can say things are completely resolved. I could barely Run more than a mile prior to their help, without severe pain and limping but after a few shorts weeks of consistent help and adjustment to my running until things got better, things did in fact get better and I'm back to running no issues! Very disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this clinic…read more Before starting treatment, I specifically asked about pricing, and the clinic already had my insurance information. Despite this, they quoted me their cash-pay rate without explaining that the rate billed to insurance would be more than double that amount. I ended up being charged approximately $100 for just 15 minutes of "treatment." Had I been given accurate pricing upfront, I would have made a different financial decision. What disappointed me most was how they handled the situation. I reached out multiple times, explained my concerns, and tried to find a reasonable solution. Instead of acknowledging the misinformation or offering any adjustment, they refused to work with me and passed me off to their billing department, which was equally unhelpful. I felt talked down to, as though I simply didn't understand how insurance works, rather than having my actual concerns addressed. They repeatedly blamed my insurance, but when I contacted my insurance company, I was told that any discount or adjustment was at the clinic's discretion. They had multiple opportunities to make things right but chose not to. Unfortunately, the unexpected costs forced both my daughter and me to discontinue treatment. The treatment itself was just okay, but the lack of transparency, accountability, and willingness to work with patients was by far the most disappointing part. I have no problem paying for healthcare, but I expect honesty and fair communication. This experience left me feeling that money was their first priority and patients were their last. A mi comunidad hispana: les recomiendo buscar una clínica donde los traten con respeto, transparencia y honestidad. Lamentablemente, esa no fue mi experiencia aquí.
