An HOUR later, an HOUR .... the Chiropractor finally comes in, we go through all the questions. She tells me that she would like to do an xray. I'd understand if I was just recovering from an accident and insurance was covering it, but I'm just there for a quick crack and dash. She tells me it's required and its an additional $99 on top of the $70 adjustment. No mention of this prior. Good customer service would've been "Hey we'll do this for free because we dropped the ball and wasted your morning.". but no. I told her my frustration and left am hour 20 after I got there. Will not return. ever.

Having a knee injury I hobbled back to the parking lot and moved my car to the lower parking lot. This is where there is a ramp to the doors leading to the Mountainland entrance. It may be mentioned to clients before arrival in case it is painful to walk. The therapist, Chelsea, was knowledgeable and personable. I know that I have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much my physical…read moretherapy will cost, however Mountain Land Rehabilitation, does a terrible job at standing behind their estimate. They contacted my insurance before I came in and I paid the amount that they requested, even though I felt the amount was high for the service I received. Now more than a year after the last time I went there, they are billing me more. It is so frustrating! I called their billing department and requested that we split the bill, since I feel they are at fault for not getting the right amount and then for waiting a year to bill me an additional amount for each visit. They don't feel they have any responsibility. I am just grateful that I didn't go more than the times that I went. Before you go here, plan on paying more than they say, because you will very possibly be billed for more than tell you it is going to be.
