She refused to return calls from me, my home, healthcare staff, and my home healthcare agency director. Went back in for follow ups. Now he wants to do a full knee replacement. Needless to say I'm very concerned about going back to this individual communication seem. Questioning people how would you like it if he did this to your knee? Asked 2 different nurses when she would be getting x ray done they said the same "should be soon" as we waited 40 minutes more. Will be switching my grandma to a different orthopaedic.
