I will now only be able to access scheduling on the same day. This is practically impossible and not to mention inconvenient. I feel frustrated and mostly confused since I have never received a written nor verbal warning being notified regarding why I would be denied. They have now disclosed any time you cancel appt. Regardless if it's several days in advance or if it's to only to reschedule, it will still go towards your total three no shows, resulting in denial for booking future treatment. Overall I'm disappointed in the communication to better disclose policy's. I've noticed this company doesn't care about a patients experience rather than getting paid. I've had treatment at this clinic that was amazing and some that were horrible but continue to rebook bc I found one provider in the clinic that gives their patients full service and attention compared to other that rush or they will sit on the computer for more than half of the appt only leaving maybe 15 min of actually receiving a treatment.

I was so impressed with his concern for her and the way he answered all of her questions. It's empowering for a young girl to have someone take the time to explain things carefully and make their own decisions about care. Dr. Fuhriman even set her up with exercises she can check off on her phone, which helps her understand what to do and also keeps her accountable. Overall, our visit was fantastic, and this office, especially Dr. Fuhriman, is willing to help every patient get the best care possible.

My prescribed treatment plan required twice-weekly visits. However, I was never informed that my insurance policy coverage was capped at 20 visits. Had this limitation been disclosed at the onset of my care, I would have managed the frequency of my appointments to ensure coverage lasted for the duration of my rehabilitation. Instead, I was blindsided by this limit upon reaching it. The clinic is now attempting to bill me $125 per session for ongoing treatment that I am unable to afford. By failing to track my remaining visits or verify my policy limits in a timely manner, this facility has compromised my recovery and placed an unexpected financial burden on me. Patients rely on your staff to manage the administrative requirements of their care; in this instance, that trust was violated.

So I called them and they tell me they don't care they already sold my debt to a collections company and I explained the billing error and they said it was too late to fix it and they didn't care and hung up on me! I have never been treated so terribly by anyone! So be very very careful dealing with these guys! I was able to get back to my normal self and strengthen my neck and upper back with the help of Jim & his team. He even went above and beyond with some other issues I had where I had a floater in my eye (from the concussion) so he started to include vision exercises (the dots on his wall) and after a few months, I stopped noticing the floater in my vision. Not only strengthening my upper body but my eye muscles, I'm so grateful for the service I received there. My only complaint (not their fault) is that I wish I could afford all of the equipment they have in the office and bring it to my house! Haha Scheduling visits was always easy to do and the front desk staff were friendly. Parking was easy because it's a shared space with other businesses and easy to access with being near the freeway. Invoices were unprofessionally prepared, with many mistakes and it was hard to determine what I was being billed for. I had already stopped going, because they completely changed my treatment plan and went back to their original treatment, which didn't work. No good explanation given. I have found that youtube offers much more help than I received at this location. I won't be going back nor recommend it.
