This review is simply on the receptionist.. VERY RUDE. I just moved here from vegas and looking to find a hair stylist to do my thick blonde hair. I found a referral from a girl to go to Randi however when I called to speak with her the receptionist just wanted to argue and not listen to a word I said. What I found EXTREMELY disrespectful was when I said "I'm worried about going to another hair dresser because the last lady always did a great job".. her reply "well if she's so great why don't you go to her" (WOW did she not listen to a word I was saying.... I said bc I just moved here from Vegas! ) She left a HORRIBLE impression. Which is sad bc I'm willing to pay top dollar for a great hair color! Such a shame oh well would have love to meet randi but too bad the receptionist was being so argumentative Ps- she said if a hair dresser takes a long time they are bad and slow Hahah NOT TRUE she never saw my hair I have thick blonde hair, and my lady puts over 300 foils in my hair.. say 30seconds a foil for that many is about 2 1/2-3hr bc I go under the heater for about 30 minutes. And I get a lot of compliments on my color...She was just ignorant. read more

I came in to have Gina do a cut and color on my super straight, super flat, fine, and thinning hair (yay for post pregnancy hair loss). She did an amazing job and I'll definitely be back again for another cut. Unlike most Indians, who have lovely thick hair, I have the opposite, so it always lays flat. I've had other stylists try to put in layers that never worked but she put in layers that actually gave my hair some umph. read more

It pains to write this review. I have a cut with Gina a few month ago. I went there based on Yelp's review. I admitted that she is very sweet and welcoming her customers. However, I wasn't happy with her work. I would rate 5/10 because my hair didn't look the way I like. Moreover, the length wasn't even equal- left side was slightly longer than right side. When my husband saw me after the cut, his reaction was clearly so disappointed. He said,"Arg! why it looks so dull and messy? Babe, Are you sure she is highly recommended in yelp". I replied,"Yes, she is. I am so disappointed too". Sorry to say this, Gina! But it's the truth. 2 stars for her friendly personality. read more

Never again! This place is a ripoff! I've been taken my teenage daughter to this hair salon for years for haircuts because it was a decent place, but last time I took her was a complete shock. She wanted a couple of inches haircut and partial foil highlights. I expected the price to be around $140, like any average place like this would charge. Well, I ended up paying $238 not including tip. They added color toner/filler $33, color long length $32, shampoo and style $18 (seriously ???, this is usually included). Total of $83 extra! I was looking for someone closer to home to cut my son's hair. Went on yelp and thought I'd give Regis a try. Reviews we're mixed but I was hoping for the best...but wasn't prepared for the disappointment:( Gina was available for a walk-in. I showed her a picture of the tapered haircut my son always gets. I don't rely on my explanations and figured a picture would clearly communicate my expectations. WRONG She went straight for the clippers and asked if a zero level was ok. I asked of that was skin short (NOT at all what the picture shows) and luckily that was corrected before the point of no return. I commented a few minutes in that I was nervous that she was cutting higher than I'd like. She just smiled at me and her co-worked said not to worry he's in good hands. If a customer expresses concern I think acknowledging would be a better response. Long story short...she cut my son's hair how she cut her son's hair. Not at all tapered or similar to the picture I provided. The back line across the bottom is obviously crooked. I am very disappointed. The silver lining was my son was ok with it though he can't see the back (luckily) and boy cuts grow out pretty quick. If you're looking for a stylist to take the reigns and do what they feel looks good (which some people prefer) then give it a try. If you looking for a specific style and want someone who collaborates and listens to what YOU want, I'd try someone else. I like to be heard and walk out happy which I was not thus the 1 star. read more

There are really only a couple of things that are important to me when choosing a salon for my kids. Is it clean? Do the employees treat my kids well? Do they give a haircut with style or are they going to give my kids a cookie cutter haircut where every kid walks out looking the same? Regis is a clean salon, the staff is great. I love that Judy has such a calmin presence but is very personable and She gives a great cut! My girls love the experience and I love that they leave feeling confident and excited to show their cuts off. read more

I have been so pleased with Gina and the great service she provides. I highly recommend her. I was her client before she transferred to this salon and of course I have continued with her. I guarantee she will enhance your style. You will enjoy your experience and you will leave encouraged and confident about yourself. Others will notice how great you look. She listens to what you want and she offers suggestions as to what will look best on you, whether traditional or trendy styles. I personally wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Got my hair cut here yesterday, realized today that the sides are different lengths by more than 1/2 an inch (my hair is not long, so it is very noticeable today). Stopped back in today to see how it could be fixed and was met with HORRIBLE service. Regis, since you obviously don't know, the correct response to this is, "Oh, I'm so sorry. Let me figure out how we can fix this for you." Instead, the response was a list of every reason why the person working couldn't help me and there was no one else who could help me today (and I have a flight out of town tomorrow). Not one single attempt at, "I'm sorry," which goes a long way toward making a customer happy. Then she made a rude call to her manager in front of me. Seriously, when my hair is TWO DIFFERENT LENGTHS? Completely unacceptable. read more

I really loved the first haircut I got from this salon. However, the next couple of cuts were awful! I saw the same stylist each time, a wonderful woman, but I can't explain what went wrong. I thought it was a fluke, but each haircut was worse than the last. All I can think is that I went in there with a nice cut in the beginning, and she more or less trimmed it. Then when it needed a bit more cut off, all went wrong. I'm sorry to write a negative review, as like I said the stylist was a very friendly person, but I ended up having to go to another salon after the last cut, it was so bad.
