I didn't inquire about that, mostly because I was walking around taking pics. We did order freshly made parotta--yummm. A lot of the snacks are also from a bakery nearby (which I visited separately)-- Aishwarya's bakery. There was a lot of plum and fruit cake stocked up all over (on tables, shelves, separate fixtures), not really in one particular area. There were also decorations laying around, not sure if they are for sale or actual store decorations that didn't go up. They sell freshly made snacks such as banana fry, neyyappam, bonda, samosa, etc. we grabbed a bonda to share. The staff are not overly friendly, but they are nice. We ordered: Entrees: Rice bowl (Gyro/Spicy Chicken) with added chickpeas & pickled onions / Chicken Pita w/avocado hummus Sides: red pepper/regular hummus w/chips Food had good flavor, I was annoyed that the regular hummus didn't come with any olive oil or paprika. The other two had good flavor, but there is a slight after taste. So I'm questioning if the hummus is made fresh daily or prepackaged. It's a little annoying that they up-charge for items you anticipate at a Mediterranean restaurant (olives, feta, chick peas, etc.) Still, I would go in person and give them one more shot, as the meal was decent. Parking- that was tricky. There is plenty parking not that, something about the directions to park is weird and compact. Its not free flowing and spacious and for a driving 'expert' like me - a little challenging.... lol... well, that won't stop me from going there again if I need to.... like Vegan Omega 3 comes back in stock...!

I placed a curbside order and, after picking it up, parked in another spot to organize my groceries…read moreinto reusable bags so they'd be easier to carry into my house. As I walked back to my car, I looked up and noticed a curbside employee standing there, leaning on a cart instead of helping the coworker who was actually loading another customer's groceries. She was watching me with a smile that made me feel uncomfortable. I was just minding my own business. I simply said, "Bye!" because I didn't know what else to say. As I got into my car, she and the other employee laughed together. I can't say for certain what they were laughing about, but after the way the interaction felt, it left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. As a Black woman, I couldn't ignore how uncomfortable it felt to have two white female employees standing there watching me while I was simply going about my business. I have no way of knowing what they were thinking or laughing about, but after the interaction, I left feeling singled out and judged. In the world we live in today, those dynamics matter, and perception matters in customer service. Every customer deserves to feel respected and welcome. Meanwhile, the Black male curbside employee who brought me my order was working hard, going back and forth to help customers, while the two white female employees seemed to have plenty of time to stand around. Seeing one employee focused on serving customers while the others appeared more interested in watching me only added to my frustration. I appreciate employees who take pride in their work, and I wish everyone at this location demonstrated that same level of professionalism and respect. This experience is frustrating because it's not just about this one interaction. I've also received expired and damaged items from this location on more than one occasion. The convenience of curbside shopping is great, but when you combine product quality issues with poor customer service, it becomes a headache instead of a convenience. I've actually driven to the Sienna H-E-B because the customer service there has been noticeably better. I'm not someone who only leaves negative reviews. I also make a point to recognize great employees and businesses when they deserve it. I just hope this location takes customer feedback seriously because no one should leave feeling uncomfortable after simply picking up their groceries. H-E-B has built its reputation on taking care of Texans, and I hope this location reflects those values by ensuring every customer is treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

The cashier who opened up the line looked at my daughter and said are you ready in a rude voice? we had two different transactions. I went first I put my things on the conveyor. The young woman proceeded to give very dirty looks at me and looked at my daughter, and my daughter told her I was looking for the dividers, but you really couldn't see them so the cashier goes. They're right there. They're like right there Pointing her finger and speaking very aggressively to my daughter we had my two grandbabies with me five year-old & 8 month old , but that did not seem to matter with this woman's personality so my daughter politely said well I didn't see them cause they're so small the cashier proceeded to check my things off all the sudden she takes the close sign, and she slams it down on the conveyor belt speaking through her teeth, like grinding angrily I'm closed to which I looked up and I said my daughter is with me but we have two transactions, The cashier proceeded to give me a very dirty angry, look talking beneath her breath to the point where I made the comment you need to please stop. She got louder, and I said you need to stop. She aggressively handed me my receipt. I took my receipt. I went to go look for a Manager, which there was no Manager to be found. I believe corporate does need to put up a phone number where customers can get in touch with corporate when things like this happen. It did not just in there. There was a family that was in there shopping and they thought it was funny how this woman was treating my family and I to where we were literally taunted out in the parking lot. This could've escalated into something else very quickly in our time we live in unfortunately that we I'm thankful that it did not, I do expect Aldi to handle this situation ASAP. I will not be threatened by one of your employees or have my daughter, grand babies at one of your stores by your employee I don't have to tell you this is very bad for business. Her name is on the receipt for anyone that lives in the area be careful if you go to this Aldi I'm just saying be careful. The cashier's name is Souline.... I wish we had the prompt not to give a star, I have to select one star just so I can post this.

After another two minute delay, it appears I was connected to the local store and they apologize for the incompetence of the call center. The young man I spoke with said the Car center has no information regarding the local store and that they get complaints about them all the time.. I would think that would be a reason to address those concerns, but obviously not I found this experience very frustrating and a waste of 20 minutes of my time. Their Memphian sandwich is awesome. That is the only reason I am here today! After paying for my sandwich, I waited in the drive-through and unfortunately someone else was waiting behind me and the delay in them making my sandwich probably added to that customer's wait time. The only reason this restaurant gets three stars is because their sandwich is awesome! It is disappointing that Restaurant that makes such a good sandwich. Has such horrible Customer Service and a horrible call Center. It reminds me of McDonald's who now has their app in aggressively request that you use it to order eliminating the human interaction. There could be many reasons for this one I believe is that they don't wish to make special orders, their systems are not designed to handle that therefore you as a customer cannot order it your way. I changed my mind based on the staffs performance. I give them 1 star after getting home and seeing what ai received. I requested my sandwich be cut in half. That didn't happen. I used the drive-through so ambience was not an issue. The concern I have is the staffs inability to follow simple instructions regarding an order. Do I recommend this Restaurant? I have to say no at this point. GN3
