The staff at this Regions Bank have been instrumental in helping me resolve some issues with my mother's estate. They are patient, helpful, and always willing to give 100% to help the customer. The new building is pristine and the drive-thru lanes offer expeditious transactions for those unable to make the trek inside.

We've had great business with them ever since. They always have great auto loans for financing and even when we moved away they were still better than our other credit union so we always kept our loans with them. They worked out our purchases over the phone and online with no problems. And this most recent time we were back in town and they were fantastic. Can't say that for the dealership they suck. But Gulf Winds is Awesome and got us in so fast and not a hassle whatsoever even at the last min they stayed and got us in. Thanks Josh! (because the dealership apparently operates under molasses and ran us to the last minute to do what should have taken 1/3 of the time!) So even though we were away for 9 years we still kept them and glad we did!

Seems neither branch knows what paperwork is needed to be signed for joint ownership with survivorship. I am about to go in for my fourth visit. Never in my 66 years have I ever had such trouble opening a checking account, it is almost not worth it. So if you ask me do I recommend Wells Fargo, guess what my answer would be. So I made an app for 9 am, and lo and behold the website says the branch does not open until 930am, why am I not surprised.
