He did not give me proper information as to when my "Sales Taxes" were due. He did not include the legal deductions from my company to reduce my "Retail Sales Tax". When I sent him an e-mail complaining about his performance, he fired me as a client. He said I was a "Legal Liability". I believe if you do not do your job correctly, you take responsibility and correct it. And the "REAL PERSON" came out. He took his pay from my account at the first of each month. Our business relationship ended in March 2014 -- He has REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY STORE ANNUAL TAXES AND MY PERSONAL TAXES" so I may file them. In my opinion Mr. Heddy needs to grow up, develop a professional, honest work ethic. I would rate Mr. Heddy MINUS 10 STARS. In my experience with him, one star is way too much.

Even through a failed home purchase (issue with seller not the mortgage), Jamie helped us to navigate our way through things and also to get things established for the next house we eventually found and purchased. She answered any and all questions we were sending her and she was able to break down the answers in a way that made perfect sense to us, not being in the mortgage industry. She even watched the rates like a hawk as they fluctuated up and down and up and down and... In both instances, we did the full loan application, and from the initial purchase contract being signed until we were Clear-to-Close, Jamie got the paperwork pushed through FAST -- pretty sure in record time. I don't know what magic she has, but the the speed that she got things done was impressive!! She went above and beyond in every aspect of her job (and even in many aspects which were not really in her job description). But she helped us SO much and made the mortgage side of the home purchase process completely seamless with zero issues, scares, or turbulence through the 6+ month journey of us finding the right home. Even while she was away from the office on vacation or for other reasons, she was still reachable and also gave us contact info for a co-worker to answer any urgent questions we might have had if she couldn't reply quickly. The level of care and professionalism that she showed us is unmatched to any other Mortgage Loan Originator that I have worked with. Jamie was incredible to work with and if you are ever looking for a mortgage (new, re-finance, VA or Conventional, or anything related to mortgages) -- Jamie is the person that you want to work with to get it done. They've treated my incessant questions with pure grace and took care of everything I needed. She walked me through all my options, found me a great rate the same or better than any other company or broker I talked to. She always had a solution when issues popped up, and they even found me a better insurance quote than I had been able to find--by several hundred dollars! (And I was going through multiple independent insurance brokers) That's just one more thing that they go above and beyond on; I never would have expected my mortgage agent to shop for insurance for me! I close in a few short days and they made this entire process easy, ESPECIALLY considering that I requested a date for closing just a little over 3 weeks from when I went under contract. First of all he did NOT introduce himself or shake our hands upon meeting us. Nor did he acknowledge the couple who referred us to him. Andrew spent the majority of our meeting criticizing our desire to prioritize our kids' college education. He told us that college was a waste of money and that our kids needed jobs. Andrew came across as extremely arrogant and had a clear lack of respect for higher education, particularly doctors. He bragged constantly about how much money he has, how he began working at a young age and how successful he's been. He made assumptions about our lifestyle, careers and our parenting decisions without knowing anything about us and without having any kids of his own. The silver platter service during the meeting and the red rose he hands women as a parting gift I found to be incredibly obnoxious, but not as much of an "ick" as the autographed copy of his book that he handed us on the way out. This is the first online review I've ever submitted and I'm doing so only because the experience was SO bad and so unprofessional. Andrew McNair is likely not for you if you value education, have kids, or want to be treated with respect. Possibly the most arrogant person I've ever met.
