I just moved to GB and have had to deal with the local branch. What a joke of a branch. It seems like there is only one person at any given time. Apparently the teller is the one who answers phones too. When you go there, there is always a wait, not because they are busy. 1 person ahead of you may mean a 15 minute wait, not joking! Their customer service is non-existent. I am changing banks, after 30 years with them.

When I called, the representative said, "You need to learn to stand on your own two feet with your funds," and they refused to lessen the hold. It has been dramatically difficult to get help. I needed an account for my disabled son and was told very rudely that they won't help because "I am in charge of his money." I have legal guardianship--no kidding! Since they changed owners, they have really declined in how they speak to people and are becoming increasingly rude with every visit to the Gulf Breeze, FL branch. I most likely will go back to USAA.

I'm not much of a reviewer but i had to do it as the Talley Group deserves it. Every single person…read morei dealt with at the Talley Group went above and beyond the call of duty. Im a small real estate investor who has dealt with many realtors over my time and they have set the bar really high. Just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Since i was from California the property i was purchasing needed to be furnished and with Covid-19 going on and the shortage and delays i started to order furniture as it would take weeks for delivery so i had it all planned out for some of it to arrive as soon as i arrived. Well... Unfortunately the builder was delayed multiple times for completion Travis and Heather were kind enough to drive by the property everyday and pick up the shipments and take them to their already cramped garage. They did this for me without hesitation, and though i felt horrible to impose, they did it with a smile (and if they were cursing me on the inside, they definitely didn't show it ) The transaction that was supposed to be "super easy" as i told Travis, ended up being the most challenging yet, to the point where Travis started doing other peoples work for them. So, if you hire the Talley Group, don't say it will be "easy" they still might have PTSD from those famous last words, we still laugh about now. After a few weeks in Pensacola, I'm proud to call Travis and Heather friends. Im telling you from experience of someone that has dealt with many realtors...They don't get better than this. Wait...there is more. Let me tell you about the office staff! They supplied me with everything i needed and everything i didn't know i needed. Lists of Utility providers, inspectors, insurance companies, property managers, decorators, and i sure there was more. The best part was the response time and follow up from Kayla. Ok... i think thats about it.
