There we were greeted by a lady with 2 other men standing behind her and there were approximately 4 people in line to use the ATM. When asked how they could help, we told her we needed to cash a check. Her reply was we have no tellers just the ATM. We immediately turned around and left. We have been with US Bank since the early 80's and have not have any problems until we moved here. We were in Denver for 40 years and never had a problem. This branch is closed or services are not available more times than not. I don't think this is normal or is this a branch manager decision? If there are no tellers available, why are there 3 people greeting you? Makes no sense. Covid is over. One of your employees made a statement that only a small percent of people use the actual bank. If it wasn't such hassle to take my business elsewhere, it would be done in a heartbeat. Get this corrected so we can have the services available on a consistent basis.
