I moved to the area recently and decided to join the bank. I joined great Southern bank because I…read morenoticed they had a lot of branches in the area. However what I didn't realize was that this bank is a complete and utter joke. They were happy to set me up with the online service so that I can use online banking and their mobile app. And what they failed to mention was that the online banking doesn't actually work and that the mobile app is impossible to set up. I have literally been trying for four weeks straight to get the online banking set up or mobile app set up but to no avail. The worst part of all is that when I went into the bank branch and asked for help they simply told me they can't help me and that I would need to use a library computer because somehow that would make all the difference in the world. It appears to me that this bank doesn't care in the least bit about its customers so I'm pulling out my $140,000 a year income and going elsewhere. To think I almost asked them about a home loan. Glad I didn't!

They are crooks. I was buying a trailer from Sandcrest, they offered me a 7% interest rate. I…read morecalled Aaron on voice record. He recommend I use my home equity line through them and he would write me a loan to pay it back off immediately. And I could just use them. He lied. He is a hustler. I go and take out 7600.00 after talking Sandcrest down from 8200.00 as he said and bought the trailer using my home equity line. He doesn't return my wife or my calls for days. Then I call upset. He finally calls back, again on voice recording. He calls back and says it was in Underwriting. I mentioned 2x on the phone on recording I didn't want to pay the interest on my home equity line. He says he understands. On recording. He was waiting on the holiday so I had to I assume so he can make commission. Then they have me jump through hoops then have me come in and sign papers. They only have the loan for 80% of what I paid. He never said anything about that, he acted the wholeti.e they'd just loan me back the full amount. Again all our calls are recorded. He leaves me paying 1% more in interest and owing 1648.00 or more because of fees on the trailer. So I'd have to pay the 800 dollars in interest on the home equity line. I go draw the money and pay off the line of credit. Aaron is a liar. Dont listen to a word he says. Hes fake. I could have saved interst and days just using Sandcrest. He waisted my time and money hustling me. We have taken all our money from his bank and are only leaving our dummy account there. We went to Arvest down the road. They are easy to work with and have fraud insurance on there debit cards unlike the "Bank of Billings". Go anywhere else. They are a joke. I will make sure I share this with the entire community.

this is the worst bank ever!! i have had my money put in other people's accounts. i have had them…read morehand me other people's cash at the drive through (talking thousands) and they put other people's money in my mortgage account for several months!!!! i had to call them every month to fix their mistakes!!. i dealt with a very rude, very new, very immature girl. that treated me like i was trash. she had to check with her manager and call the other location before cashing my check. i said i will just go there. she said ok have a nice day rude!!!! i've had a mortgage/checking/ credit cards, everything with this bank. i can't wait to get away from them. if you have any sense, do not bank with arvest i overherd a man tell them his morgage was not applied again. they are horrible people with a bad attitude. 0 help!! they make tons of mistakes, and they just hire new people over and over.....
