Very busy bank. Plenty of parking but kind of hard to get to coming from Walmart. It seems that they don't answer phone when I call them too. It is kind of hidden from main road and interstate. So, if you don't know it is here you might miss it. However, customer service is of the utmost when they get to you. Always a smile from a pretty face when entering too. read more

Managers make awful customer relationship decisions, Eric Neff especially. He's willing to let a 7 yr customer whose family was a founding member of millennium bank over 25 yrs ago leave over $64 in fees. Their ATMs suck. Cash won't get deposited till sometimes 4 days later in ATM. The app is a complete joke that is often completely shut down. Do they ever offer any compensation due to their tech issues? Nope, only charge you if they can find any reason. No wonder their lobby is completely empty. Worst option I've ever had for banking.

The tellers here are super friendly and provide wonderful interactions with each client. It's difficult to ignore a conversation going on right in front of you while you wait and all I've ever heard was pleasant small talk and a familiar rapport with regular customers. I've moved many times and regardless of what location I was currently using, I still received fantastic service from all the tellers. I have been visiting this particular branch for about three years now and other than the location on the sometimes super congested Northpointe (yikes!!), I have no complaints about the customer service I have received.
