This is probably the worst insurance place I have dealt with. It took me three days to get a simple…read morequote for my home. When I asked why, I was told that the manager has to review everything that is sent out. Assuming the person I was dealing with was brand new to insurance, I asked her and she said that she'd been in it for several years. I made a couple of changes to the quote and again it took a few days since that had to go by the manager again! I took the policy because I needed to get the policy quickly. Then I received a cancellation notice for non-pay! I called the company directly and they said they hadn't received the payment. I called my mortgage company and they said that they had sent the payment to the agency but since it was made payable to the company and NOT the agency, it was returned and they had to send a new payment. I called the agency and they said that the payment was received but since it wasn't supposed to cancel until the 15th, they had time. Why are they sitting on my money?!? Get my policy paid! I have never had an agency require payments be made to them! My policy is up for renewal with Federated in a couple of months and I will not be going back to them!

Truly a PHENOMENAL company to work with!…read more Was in the market to purchase a new property . I was referred to Prime Lending as a financial institution to compare loan rates. To my surprise they beat out other companies. I initially contacted Shannon but end up working and communicating the majority of my loan process with Wendy Kotowske. She was phenomenal through the whole experience. At no time did I wonder what was next or really had any questions because she stayed abreast of many questions I might of had. Her communication and professionalism was tip top and in the end of it all, her sincere care for my patronage was apparent. This is not my first time buying a home but this is the most memorable and heartfelt one in part due to Wendy and team at Prime Lending. I HIGHLY recommend them if you want a transparent, seamless, and heartfelt experience .
