There's a reason why it's rated 3 stars. I had someone called Jaqueline "help" me and like I said had to call someone ELSE to tell them what to do? What's the point of having them if they have to call. do they not have resources to help us the customers? Bankers need to be trained better or just learn how to use there resources, I wanted to be in and out quick and instead had to wait till she called someone else to tell her how to do her job. Unreal!!

When I asked why, I was told that the manager has to review everything that is sent out. Assuming the person I was dealing with was brand new to insurance, I asked her and she said that she'd been in it for several years. I made a couple of changes to the quote and again it took a few days since that had to go by the manager again! I took the policy because I needed to get the policy quickly. Then I received a cancellation notice for non-pay! I called the company directly and they said they hadn't received the payment. I called my mortgage company and they said that they had sent the payment to the agency but since it was made payable to the company and NOT the agency, it was returned and they had to send a new payment. I called the agency and they said that the payment was received but since it wasn't supposed to cancel until the 15th, they had time. Why are they sitting on my money?!? Get my policy paid! I have never had an agency require payments be made to them! My policy is up for renewal with Federated in a couple of months and I will not be going back to them!
