They still slapped an eight-day hold on the check I deposited from my mom's life insurance policy like I was some scam artist. I can guarantee that my account here won't survive long after this hold clears; I'll find somewhere that doesn't treat me like a criminal.

Unfortunately it isn't possible to do everything on the app. When I ask a question they may or may not be able to answer it. You will get different answers from each person. They also tend to leave out important information. They have made a difficult situation even worse by their incompetence. I will be closing my long term accounts as soon as my business is completed.
