    Half the time the ATM is either down for maintenance or isn't accepting deposits. The one on Flamingo isn't any better.

I've never been a fan of Bank of America and their high banking fees. I did read on their student checking while I waited to be seen. This branch is quite small and clean. But the staff seems to be more interested in speaking to each other, than really helping their customers in a more quick manner. Typical US banking institute. Look out for their credit cards, they have ridiculously hIgh interest rates. And not very helpinG when it comes to helping new businesses.

I have stepped foot in this bank probably 2-3 times. Each experience sucked. The first time I went into the branch, I waited on line for a teller. I did not have to wait long this time but they did not appear too professional. The next time, I waited on line for probably 20-30 minutes. There were only 4 people in front of me and I think one teller working and 3 others bsing. I needed a temporary atm card so after all that waiting, they referred me to someone sitting in a cubicle. My most recent trip inside was to add the Dr title to my account. There were 15 people waiting on line for the tellers. One person in front of me waiting for someone in a cubicle. An employee placed my name on a waiting list and sat down. I waited and waited. I gave up after 25 minutes. If I actually have to go into a branch, I will no longer attempt this one. For the ATMs, they are more helpful than people. Unfortunately, there are too many inconsiderate people who use the drive thru ATMs to conduct every banking task known to mankind while there are 5 cars behind them. If I have to do more than take out or deposit cash, I go inside. But at least the ATMs are working most of the time.

I appreciate Chase so much more because of the level of customer service I have received today! It started with a call to customer service & ended with my going into this banking center and receiving such an amazing customer experience from Santiago! He's exactly why I have always loved banking at CHASE! I will write a separate review for JESSA in customer service/collections Department. I believe she was a part of the outsourced customer support team. Santiago greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. I had just left a Chase branch in Pembroke Pines , 710 University Drive. There was such a long line and when I asked one of the reps sitting at a desk behind a partition, to the immediate right of the entrance, she didn't even bother to get up. When I inquired about opening an account, she directed me to go online and make an appointment for "sometime in February." She was polite, but I definitely felt like she could have done better & gave me "it's Friday vibe." I get it. Getting back to my experience with Santiago, I had googled the next closest location so it brought me to this semi-staffed branch in Cooper City & I'm so happy I decided to try another branch! After at least an hour, I'm finally on the road home with a huge smile on my face and a goal to be better with my banking. Santiago personalized my experience and made sure I was aware of all that Chase had to offer for my current needs and lifestyle, as well any future goals. I was very impressed at his knowledge and enthusiasm, most importantly, how he went the extra few miles to create the kind of experience that makes a consumer feel valued and respected ! You don't get that when doing everything online so it was a very warm welcome back to Chase, and I'm so happy that Santiago was my Banker to make it all the more special. I don't go into bank branches too much nowadays but wanted to get some Euros. The process was easy and it was extremely fast to receive the Euros. I went in on a Thursday and they withdrew the money from my account. This was around 3pm. The next day I received a call at 10am that the Euros were available. The money gets overnighted from Oregon. I could have had the Euros delivered to my home but I preferred to go to the branch. No added fees for this process like at some places in the mall in Sunrise. I recommend coming here if you are a Wells customer for lightning fast Euro/Dollar trades.

    I am writing this in regards to the treatment I recently received at this Wells Fargo branch by a…read moremanager/supervisor named Carina. I have been a loyal Wells Fargo account holder for over 25 years, and this experience left me feeling humiliated, profiled, and unfairly treated. I visited the branch to deposit a check in person because I felt more comfortable handling the transaction directly with a teller while I was already in the shopping center. Instead of being treated respectfully as a long-time customer, I was immediately met with suspicion and extensive questioning. My check was ultimately returned under suspicion of fraud, despite there being no issue on my end. This is not the first troubling interaction I have had with this employee. A few months ago, I attempted to deposit a $65 cashier's check, and Carina refused to process it, stating that she was not comfortable handling the transaction even though the check included verification information. I then visited another Wells Fargo branch, where the same transaction was completed without issue. During that incident, she also interrupted another teller who was already assisting me in order to personally deny the transaction. As a result of my recent check being returned, I have now fallen behind on important financial obligations, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I was issued a new check by the employer and deposited through the mobile app and had zero issues. I understand and appreciate the importance of fraud prevention procedures. However, there is a difference between following policy and treating customers with dignity and professionalism. The repeated treatment I have experienced at this branch has made me feel unfairly targeted and discriminated against. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable banking at this location and am seriously considering closing my accounts and moving my banking relationship elsewhere.
