The location I went first to was South George st but that was packed. I left then went to Town Center and this seemed less crowded. At registration I was told they may not refill my rx. I explained my condition and asked for advice. The clerk put me through notating my situation. One whole hour and fifteen minutes later I got to see a nurse practitioner who cut me off each time I was trying to explain my situation as to why I couldn't get rx. She said I should go to the ER. I handed her my rx bottles which had a few tabs left. I told her I understood the procedures and stated I was fasting so labs could be taken. All the while still cutting me off. She leaves the room but I could still hear her talking with the nurse. In comes the nurse ready to take blood. This nurse actually listened without cutting me off. She stated she knows it's been difficult for many patients to get closer date appointments. Due to procedures they could only give me a 30 day rx. Additionally, she offered to help me get a video call with another nurse practitioner who could ask me questions and check through all the WS clinics to find me the closest appointment. What a relief she was! But, miraculously, she looked up and found that I already have an appointment set up for months end! I haven't been to that office since early 2024. I switched to another office on greensprings dr. How that appointment came to be is a mystery but I'm happy to have it! I'll call it a great miracle, God is looking out for me!

When you tell them the issue you're having, and that you just want to schedule an appointment, they give attitude about how you "must speak to a nurse"... so Reception cannot tell you if they even have appointments available? Terrible service and honestly would avoid. I'd rather go to Urgent Care. Upon reading other google and yelp reviews, they seem to be having "phone issues" that go back a few years. Maybe they need a new staff because the front desk doesn't want to help you. They'll throw you on hold until a nurse can schedule your appointments....

I saw him for a second opinion before permanently removing my failing tooth. I liked his personality, professionalism as well as the quality of his team (thanks Lindsay), so much that I stuck with him even after he moved his Etters office, which is 4 times the distance. I continued for the next 6 years despite the inconvenience because of the trust and high level of care. One day I left first thing in the morning for a routine check up upon receiving an automated reminder text that morning. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me my hygienist had called out sick. That's unfortunate, because everyone gets sick. But feeling frustrated, I was hoping for some acknowledgement of the inconvenience or a small accommodation (someone else to see me if I am willing to wait, or squeeze me in and reschedule me in the same week, etc). Nothing. The receptionist simply stared at me, waiting for me to dismiss myself. That was the last straw for me -- wasting an hour of driving and away from work was an excuse enough for me to end the long commute. Aside from this single incident and for me the long distance, I only have positive things to say. If you are within his service area, I would still highly recommend Dr. Capozzi and his team.

The office has all the latest technology and the actual clinical care during cleanings and basic procedures felt high quality. Unfortunately, their business model is where things completely fell apart for me. They do not perform root canals or other advanced procedures in-house due to partnerships within their dental network. What that means in practice is that if you need anything beyond basic work, you're referred out, and those referrals go straight to specialists who push additional appointments, expensive 3D scans, and tests that are often unnecessary. No one clearly explains that these extras may not be required, and you'll get calls saying you owe hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars for diagnostics your insurance won't cover. Additionally, I had several small areas being monitored by my previous dentist that did not require fillings yet. This office told me I needed multiple fillings and had already completed two before I started to question things. After switching to another dentist for a second opinion, I was told those areas did not need fillings at this time and could simply continue to be monitored, exactly as my prior dentist had been doing. The new dentist also evaluated the issue that supposedly required advanced scans and determined that since I had no pain or symptoms, no immediate treatment was necessary. They explained that if something changes, I can come directly into their office for a root canal that is covered by my insurance, without unnecessary add-ons. If you're looking for basic cleanings and routine care, this office may be fine. But if there's any chance you'll need more involved treatment, be very cautious and consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional procedures or costly referrals.

I did end of switching providers though after one too many bad experiences that could not be coincidental. Saga as follows: -They switched dentists between my 2nd and 3rd cleaning here. During the second cleaning I was told I would need multiple fillings (which I kept procrastinating...) During the 3rd cleaning the new dentist said I did not need any... (to give benefit of the doubt, maybe every dentist is different...? But I felt like the previous dentist was just trying to get money out of me! -They were VERY hesitant to give a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction to anywhere but one specific place (which didn't take my insurance) Once I finally jumped through all the hoops for them to finally release my information to who I was asking them to, they only sent part of my record and I had to get X-rays redone at the place I was getting my wisdom teeth out because they "didn't have it" -During my 3rd cleaning they took the X-rays again because the "didn't have them" How do you misplace X-rays...? ‍ - the new dentist was really demeaning, mansplained EVERYTHING to me, even restated something I literally just said, and used my name every other second thinking he was "connecting with me." I did not like it! But I was thankful he retook the X-ray "for free" (not my fault they misplaced it though...) and did not lie about my filling so that was nice... mixed reviews on him -Nail in the coffin, my last appointment was 7/22 and i have not heard from them since (except to cancel a cleaning 1/23 because I decided not to continue with them...!) All of a sudden I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe them money for my last cleaning.... I called to ask why I didn't get a bill or a call or anything. They claim they sent 8 bills before sending to collection but I did not get 1... Needless to say: proceed with caution. The people are not bad (also not the best...) but I had one too many bad experiences for it to be coincidence.

They have all been ex-tactic with his service and professionalism. He's very experienced with every kind of problem and will recommend the best course of action that's right for YOU. His office is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and he usually can get everything done in 1 visit. If you have an emergency and the office is closed, he wont hesitate to meet you at his office for an emergency appointment as hes done for myself and so many of my friends. Dr. Bell and his staff, in my opinion, are the best of the best and go above and beyond in service 100% of the time.

They NEVER sent me ANY bills that were apparently not taken care of by her insurance. One of the bills was never even sent to my mothers insurance. My son was born in May, it is now OCTOBER and they sent this letter to me. This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL to word something this way. We are in contact with the insurance company to get it figured out, but to get a letter that starts off with THIS??! Totally unbelievable and downright rude. I didn't have a true problem with this practice until now. We left because they didn't accept the insurance my son is on, but if I was still there I would be leaving after this. Edit to add: Just discovered a $150 lactation consultant bill when I did NOT ask to meet with the consultants at our initial visit. I was TOLD "the lactation consultant will come in and speak with you about things before you leave" and that was it. was not told i'd be charged, and I didn't ask to speak with them.
