This is my first time in the new office in Chesterfield; I've been to the Festus/Twin City one once prior (same doctor though). Both times were good experiences. Dr. Jensen is super nice, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I felt very cared for and in good hands. The office staff was really nice, friendly and competent. I would definitely recommend and go back myself. It's not a huge office with a lot of doctors and staff, so when you call, you leave a message and they call you back. The call back time is quick. This office charges full price for your office visit which you have to pay before being seen even if you have insurance. They will reimburse you after they get paid by insurance. I have never heard of such a thing! In addition, the office staff was very rude and condescending. read more

My wife was trying to get a hold of someone at this office about paying our bill after the insurance paid its portion. She tried several times with no luck so I tried to reach them. I called several times and finally left a message. After several days they finally called back and I paid the bill. We were charged a $30 late fee for waiting until the insurance paid their portion and never could contact them. The girl informed me that she would not take off the fee for this after all of the problems trying to reach them. So I cancelled my appointment with them. Cheat me once but you wont ever do it again! Enjoy your $30 because it will be the last bit of money you will ever see from our family. read more

Trying to get ahold of this office has been a nightmare. When I finally got someone on the phone, after leaving numerous messages with no call back, I got an appointment. The spot I went in for turned out to be Actinic Keratosis. I was prescribed some ointment that burnt the spot away. I tried to make an appointment for follow up but again dealt with not being able to get anyone on the phone. When I finally connected with someone from the office I was told that they were only doing virtual visits. I called my insurance to see if this was covered and was told Telehealth service was covered. I then went through the calling every day until I finally got ahold of someone in office and asked if they use Telehealth services. The person on the phone told me they use something like Teledoc but never told me the name of it. I was put on hold and then hung up on a few minutes later. At this point I decided it was time to find a new Dermatologist. I found a new one and they are 100% better than Regional Dermatology. I then get a call 8 months after the last time I spoke to Regional Dermatology wanting to know when I want to make a follow up appointment. I informed them I have a new Dermatologist. Two weeks later I receive a letter in the mail stating that I have skin cancer. I know this to be false since I see a different Dermatologist but to be sure I called my Derm. They reviewed my chart and said I'm all good. I called Regional Dermatology and left a message after receiving this letter. I told them that I had Actinic Keratosis per their own Dermatologist and was told it was not cancer. I received a call back from them two days later. The person on the phone was rude and said that they can't tailor their letters for one single individual. I told them that telling someone that they have cancer and they don't is really unprofessional. The person on the phone scoffed and said that they were just closing up my account and that's why it was sent. I will never deal with this unprofessional "Doctor's Office" again. They should be ashamed of themselves for sending out information that is lies and hold no truth. read more

Dr Jensen is amazing however, no one EVER answers the phone. Makes it really hard to schedule appointments

From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is amazing. The waiting room is clean and calming. The receptionist is friendly and thorough. When I get back to the room, it also has calming music playing which allows me to focus on relaxing rather than the background sounds of a doctors office. Dr. Jensen is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to the office a few times and even the very first time Dr. Jensen made me feel like I was an old friend. These people really need to freshen up on the whole parisidic infection thing!! The nurse said to me that sometimes our brain makes us think we have bugs under our skin.. Turned out I had a parasidic infection due to cancer,lupus,and rumatoid Arthuritis. The doc could freshen up on it as well. People need to be taken seriously!! read more

I do not recommend this awful place. The billing department told me they only send 3 bills and they stated they only send 2 bills. I tried to call to make monthly payments and you have to leave a message and wait to receive a callback. If you ever get one back... Nobody ever answers. They will turn you over to collections and then NOT report your payments properly. When you call to try to set up monthly payments, the billing department will degrade you and say there is no way to track that. You are told the bill wouldn't be that high since you have full coverage insurance and then slapped with a big medical bill. If you need any treatment, DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! read more

Was told I'd I had any of some specific side effects to call and see the doctor and to call if I had any questions. Called about a week ago and didn't receive a call back until just yesterday. Called again today to ask about a side effect that I was told to call about if I had developed it. Won't pick up the phone and call back. They're never busy in the office and are definitely able to pick up the phone. Terrible if you're trying to reach them about a concern. I don't blame the doctor, I blame the receptionist whose supposed to answer the phone. Absolutely terrible service from her. read more

WARNING: This place takes your credit card up front before they will even see you. The nurse practitioner wanted to spray wart remover over my non healing wounds. She suggested that it would help my wounds heal better. I asked her how much it would cost and she said they wouldn't charge me. And guess what after my insurance I was responsible for $93 and man did that not work. My skin blistered like crazy and it got twice as bad. I also had the nurse practitioner look at one of my toes as I saw a start of a fungus. She wanted me to try a product but I couldn't get it at my pharmacy. I had to go directly to the manufacture who wanted $1,500 for a topographical medication. They were wanting to set me up on a payment plan. Major SCAM. My appointment left me in worse shape and I have almost a $200 bill for it. I called and complained and guess what they called me back telling me the bill stands and they weren't going to remove the $93 wart remover sprays they promised not to charge for. I got a notice that they charged my credit card just hours after calling. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company. I will be leaving a negative review for every site possible to warn people not to go here. read more
