From the…read moremoment we booked to the moment we left the hotel, Vincenzo, Marco, Guilo, and Lydia made us feel so welcome. They truly went above and beyond. Vincenzo was so kind and patient. I was planning the trip from the states to Italy and had a lot of questions on transportation, restaurant bookings, and he was so helpful to not only help plan our trip to the Amalfi Coast but also gave such great suggestions that allowed us to have a seamless vacation. Upon our arrival, they were all so helpful, assisting us with our luggage and getting us set up in our rooms. The rooms have such a beautiful Italian charm. As my mom would say, each room passed the white glove test! Everything was so clean and fresh. Cleanliness is huge for us and everything in this hotel was spotless! I traveled with my husband and my mom. We had two separate rooms. Our room overlooked the streets and shops. We absolutely loved our two-story room, very spacious and made us feel right at home. My mom's room was also super cute and had a beautiful view on the rooftop with a slight ocean view as well. Each morning we were treated to an authentic Italian breakfast. Homemade with love by Lydia. The coffees were amazing too! We did a day trip to Capri. Our boat picked us up right at the dock, which was just a five minute walk from the hotel. Again truly such a perfect location. Location is so important when picking a hotel for a vacation. This hotel could not be in a better location. You are seconds away from so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It's less than a five-minute walk to the ferry and the beach. It was roughly a 45 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel. The driver Vincenzo sent us was so sweet and gave us a little tour on the drive there. He even stopped and treated us the limoncello stand. Which was delicious! Vincenzo helped arrange all our pick-ups and drop-offs (also the best priced and I got multiple quotes). If I'm being honest, I'm not a light packer. We went from the Amalfi Coast to Positano and had scheduled a pick-up and drop-off for that next trip. When Vincenzo saw how much luggage we had, he suggested we change our plans to take the ferry since the hotel we were staying at next was right on the water, allowing for an much easier travel for us. Let me tell you, once we got there, he was so right and saved us from walking down miles with a handfuls of luggage. After we left, my mom noticed that she left something at the hotel. Vincenzo and Marco took the ferry to Positano and personally drop off the missing items to my mom. They truly treat you like family, and for our first experience in the Amalfi Coast, was so wonderful. I would not stay anywhere else but this hotel! Thank you for a terrific stay! The street can get a bit noisy, but once you're inside, it's a peaceful retreat. There are plenty of drinking places just outside the hotel. Interior - The hallways are spacious and accessible for those with disabilities, and there's also a small elevator or stairs available. You might hear some footsteps from guests entering and exiting their rooms, though. I'd suggest checking out the restaurant just outside the hotel; they offer a sweet 10% discount for hotel guests. The hotel was incredibly clean, though it had a bit of a college vibe with IKEA-style furniture. Getting from the Naples train station was a bit of a challenge, especially with our large luggage, so we ended up taking a car service. The only downside is that you have to hand in your key each time you leave. They do have a 24-hour front desk, and the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I initially booked a queen bedroom, but they upgraded us to a larger unit with stairs and a loft-like feel. I wouldn't recommend the loft if you have mobility issues, as the bathrooms are upstairs. There's a sofa downstairs. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a walk, ability and access to some of the touristy spots. However, it is pretty far from some of the other highly rated pizza places or the coast. You're really depends on what you're looking for, but I do think this is the best hotel in the central Naples area. It was very safe.
