FYI... long review! :)…read more Trixie helped my husband and I, with the purchase of our home! As first time homebuyers, we were clueless. The process was smooth because she made sure to let us know the step by step process of what was going to happen. Let me tell you, there is was a lot of stuff that needs to be done prior to even seeing a home you are interested in. We found a home we liked, placed an offer and it fell through because there were a lot of red flags with the home. We made sure to seek guidance from Trixie. As first time homebuyers, we agreed that it wouldn't be a wise choice to move forward with this home. She continued to send us listing of homes and made arrangements for us to view them. Even on short notice, she drove out to meet with us and we were able to view every home we were interested in. We made an offer on a second home that we fell in-love with and got our offer accepted!! The area we were looking to live in is very competitive and our offer was accepted below asking. This got the ball rolling. There were a lot of paper work, a lot of back and forth but it will be worth it. With the help of our agent,Trixie, everything was more bearable. There is a lot of things in the background that we as buyers to do not see or have to deal with because of Trixie! She made herself available for any questions or concerns 24/7 by email, phone or text. She made sure to follow up with us , the listing agent, lender and title company to make sure we were on track. There were some hiccups but we closed! Even after closing, she continues to assist us with certain things that our seller left behind in the home. I definitely recommend Trixie for your future home buying or selling! There is a lot more I can say about Trixie but she definitely goes above and beyond!

She advised a ball park range of what we should offer and then BOOM the sellers accepted our offer! everything happened so fast! She found us AWESOME lenders! Trixie and the lenders kept me updated on everything. I felt like I was getting a email from the almost every other day. That kept my nerves at bay. As this was our first time purchasing a home. We had our 1st house keys before we knew it!!! I would definitely recommend Trixie to anyone that is looking to purchase! Also my cousin called me after we got our keys and said she had no idea Trixie gives referral rewards! "Trixie just venmoed me for referring you!". Also the icing to Trixie is that the day she handed us our house keys at our new home she even brought us a house warming gift! personalized mat, key chains a lucky plant, bottle of henny and $$ ! That THAT was the cherry on top for Trixie! again AWESOME agent!

Connie worked with us for nearly nine months finding properties in Carmel and Pebble Beach. Her extensive network allowed us to see many properties prior to their actual listing. She is very knowledgeable of the Monterey Penninsula area. She is very attentive, patient, and an 'active listener' to your needs/wants in a property. Additionally, her legal background as an attorney is a real advantage. We strongly recommend Connie to be your best representative in any real estate transaction on the Monterey Penninsula.

In full disclosure, I have known Alexandra Mouzas my entire life. We are cousins. Our family is…read morevery connected in the real estate world and we have many family members who are realtors (even I was for a while). Having said that, when I was looking for my first home to buy, Alexandra is the one I turned too. I knew she would find me the best home for my needs. She also sold that home and helped me find home number two and even sold some lots I had. The reason I chose Alexandra is that she is the optimum realtor. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She is easy to work with. She really listens and understands what your needs are, and doesn't waste your time looking at homes that would not make sense for you. She can, though, gently guide you if she feels there may be a better option for you. Alexandra is also a consumate negotiator. This is VERY important in a real estate transaction, because how you present an offer, or a counter offer is as important as the offer itself. For example, when I bought my second home, it had been on the market for 8 months, the owner was set on his asking price and NO ONE had been successful in purchasing this home. Not only did I buy this home but Alexandra was able to broker an amount quite a bit under asking price. Her negotiating skills are very honed. Another major skill that Alexandra has that many realtors lack is follow up. You will never have to search her out, she will have contacted you before you even realized you needed to speak to her. She will keep in touch with you after your transaction is completed too. She is an agent that will always be there for you. She has always been there for me, or any clients I sent her way. When she was my listing agent, she made sure to have open houses, beautifully written and presented marketing literature and she followed up on every lead, every showing and would give me a summary. I didn't have to do anything except keep the house clean and organized and she did everything else. I can not say enough about Alexandra Mouzas!!

Someone, from out inner circle, said "you should talk to Alexandra Mouzas". We contacted her, met and described what we were looking for, what our budget was and in what areas (and it was a pretty wide circle). Alexandra knows her market very well; she studies the area where she sells houses, is very patient with all sorts of questions that pop up and is not afraid to tell you "we can do better than that"! Her preparation is top notch and her negotiation skills at a very high level. I would highly recommend Alexandra.

One of the most important decisions you will make when moving is deciding on your real estate…read moreagent. Believe me, I know. We have moved 5 times in the past 12 years and between selling and buying we have had our share of agents. Some good, some bad, and some terrible. Kristen has been amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to list their home in the San Benito County area. When you are looking for an agent you need someone who is transparent and will give you the details up front. Transparency is Kristen's specialty. She was upfront with what she thought the value of our home would be as well as a straight forward strategy on how to get the best price in this challenging market. Her projections were right on the money. Not only did we sell in less than a week, but we had multiple bidders and were able to get a better price. You need an agent who is friendly and polite, but can be agressive and bold when needed. Kristen is a great balance of both. She is extremely friendly and complementary, but when it came time to be aggressive and fight for us, she was right there. If you are looking for an agent, I can't recommend Kristen enough. Please give her a call and see for yourself. I rarely give 5 stars to any of my Yelp review, but she deserves 6 from the professionalism and expertise she brought to the sale of our home.
