He has a pattern of scamming clients and business partners, failing to honor contracts, and using deceptive tactics to delay agreements while hiding assets. He manipulates situations to appear cooperative but ultimately does not follow through on commitments. As a person, he cannot be trusted. He lies, manipulates, and prolongs situations to avoid accountability. He is currently being sued for millions--just Google it. That's the proof you need. In fact, The People of the State of California are suing him, which speaks volumes about the level of fraud and deception involved. Other lawsuits against him include: - ODK Capital, LLC vs. Jose Belman - Breach of contract - Alfonso Diaz vs. Jose Belman Jr., et al. - Alleging damages - G S Investments vs. Belman - Partnership dispute (older case) Other cases are still pending, and he will continue to hide his assets to avoid accountability.
