Upon…read morereceiving my paperwork, they rolled it over to another company (Millennium Trust) who they likely get kickbacks from in doing so since that company charges MANY fees. They said (and sent a letter saying this verbatim) that legally they could move my money where they wanted to without my consent since the balance was ($4,800) just under $5,000. Do not register with this company nor any of the local branches if you are a company. I highly doubt my company knew they were doing this.

In March 2025, I paid this law firm to do deed prep work for a real estate transaction, expecting…read morethat I would receive professional work for the money I paid. After weeks of waiting to receive a copy of the new deed, I was dismayed to discover that Wesley McKee had filed an inaccurate deed. I asked that it be corrected. After weeks of calling and the staff telling me I would get a call back that never came, they finally said they would file a corrected deed, but only after I said I was filing a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission and Office of Bar Counsel. Finally, I was told that the corrected deed was done and would be filed either that day or the following Monday at the latest. By Thursday, they had still not filed a corrected deed. I grew tired of being given lip service and waiting endlessly for something I already paid for in advance. So I am taking this to the next level. Horrible law firm. They will take your money, file sloppy paperwork, and then pretend you don't exist.

The day after I began my inquiry with them, I had a very heavy hot water heater (which also serves as the energy source for the condo via an AquaTherm unit in an interior closet. The HWH had the usual input for cold water intake, and hot water delivery. But it also had a second output to deliver hot water to the AquaTherm unit: it also had a second input for the return of the AquaTherm, as well as a second return.. And it is direct vent. This unit was not available within a hundred mile radius of my house. I had already contracted for the install from a friend of a friend. Hajoca did not hesitate to sell me the unit. AND DELIVERED IT. UP TWO FLIGHTS of stairs. I also talked to three people over there. All were knowledgeable Al were on point. The delivery guy had a hell of a time getting the unit up two flights of stairs; but did not hesitate to do the job. The unit must have weighed 900 lbs. (It is a commercial unit; with extra fittings (required) and a DirectVent fan, etc. (also required). Thus the weight. They have a deep inventory. No one else had one or could find one. I was directed to them from their Richmond branch. They had four units in stock.. Use them. They are honest. They are fair. They do what they say. Service that reminded me of the 1950's. (I am not a employee/relative of them. I have received no incentives for this review. I just want you guys to know that somewhere there is a company that still values customers. Shit, it's just like 1956.)
