I am a small business owner and, I think because of that, very demanding. I expect excellent customer service because I know that is what differentiates my business from the larger ones. Michelle's team delivers expert advice and stellar customer service. I told Michelle and her team that I wanted to close asap on my new property and we closed within 30 days-much quicker than I expected. Of course, I was responsible for delivering on my end but when I did, someone from the team was right there to make sure everything moved. To top it off, they are super friendly, and even went beyond when I could not find an insurance company to cover the flat roof home I was buying in DC. I whole-heartedly recommend this team of experts.

But through it all every commitment she ever made was kept, and followed through in a timely and efficient manner. I'll be sending her every referral I can muster up. He always made it very clear that he was there for me throughout the entire process and that I could really call him almost whenever (and yes, even after the typical 5pm closing time. We are appraisers that did work for this company and sent them an invoice in October 2024 for $650.00. They ignored our numerous requests for payment, never answer their phone and only finally paid the bill in June 2026 and we contacted VA. At that point, they had racked up almost the amount of the invoice in late fees and refused to pay them. We also lost interest on that money by not receiving our payment until 8 months later. We got a check for the original amount of $650 (they did not include any of the accrued late fees) and they have avoided us since. In doing some checking on this company, it appears they have also screwed over quite a few other people. Jim Quist, the president of this company instructed us not to contact him again and in turn, refer our invoice to the accounting dept, who have also ignored our requests. Check the reviews carefully on this company and BBB before getting involved with them. A company that can't afford to pay people they owe would seem to be high risk. I strongly suspect the 5 star reviews given them are by family members and friends. We definitely will NEVER do business with them again.
