This doctor purposely told me my disability was done when she never turned it in so now i wont get disability due to her mistake. They refused to give me my medical records and a itemized receipt so i hqve to get a lawyer just to get paperwork thats how ridiculous this is. I feel like im speaking to a group of mean girls from high school everytime i call. So now i have to get a lawyer and all the recorded calls for proof that they are lying.
