Rana and Brooke are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they truly care about giving me the best possible results. I struggle with hormone related hair, which Ive heard can be harder to treat but when I shared my concerns with Rana, she listened and made me feel completely understood. She reassured me that they would help me achieve the results I was hoping for. I started in January 2025 and I'm already seeing amazing progress on my face and body! I couldn't be more thankful and I genuinely feel like I'm in the best hands. No, I do not recommend Pinnacle, not the Hill Rd location nor the Holly Rd location. At Hill Rd, I…read moresaw a doctor after being referred for what my doctor said was probably a cyst and needed to be removed. When I saw the doctor at Hill Rd, he seemed unimpressed by the so-called cyst. He then asked what my doctor wanted to be done, and I said removal, so he proceeded to refer me for an ultrasound so he could see it to see what kind of removal and what was involved before proceeding. I noted his reaction, and did not immediately go to get an ultrasound because something didn't seem right. In the ensuing days, I felt the corresponding part on the opposite side, only to find there was the same anatomical "deformity" there. In other words, it was literally an anatomical structure that was normal. I go to a SPECIALIST for him to use his knowledge and skills in his area of expertise to determine what needs to be done, not to have him simply please my PCP with whatever the PCP wants. I'm glad I listened to my gut and was my own advocate. It saved me unnecessary expenses and procedures. I can't trust these people again.

I I came in expecting regular services how I normally get laser hair I do have melanin skin when she began to do the laser. She put some type of jail on my face which is I've never got that done before but long story short, the results did not work and when I called to kind of let them know to see if I could come in maybe for a touchup or something like that she told me that that's not something that they could do. She also told me that I needed to wait weeks to be able to see, but I get laser often so that's something that I already knew and she just was not trying to compensate me as well at all with anything not even a visit to see if if it's something that they could've did better so I don't recommend coming to this place. The customer service is great though.

They can not treat any area with tattoos. You can not moisturize before going, you must have shaved that day too. Weird to actually follow through with because you're supposed to moisturize after exfoliating and shaving, but nope not in this instance. The ladies here are so kind!! Areas I chose: Full Face, Underarms and Brazil+ I have extremely dark coarse hair, and a lot of it. 1st Session: HURT SO BAD I was sobbing by the time we reached my bikini area. The armpits hurt, it smelled like popcorn, BO and burnt hair. The chin was the only spot that hurt on my face, which was understandable. The butt and bikini line(thigh) were unbearable and yet I was able to finish the session. Highly suggest multiple ibuprofens. After this session I saw SIGNIFICANT changes, literally only had to shave twice in my armpits (I didn't even realize I had hair there because it was just peach fuzz), three times for my chin and mustache, none for my sideburns, twice for my bikini and butt. I used to have to shave daily, and for my chin sometimes THREE times a day. Use my name as a referral
