I've had three tattoos worked on at this location. The first was on the back of my arm, which I was lightening to make a coverup easier. The second is a piece on my ribs and the third is a small piece on the front of my arm, both of which I'm removing fully. Removery does offer bundles for treatment areas, which you can break up into a payment plan, and will always send you home with a dozen or so packets of hydrocortisone as part of your aftercare. All of the techs I've worked with have been professional, educational, and compassionate. If you're nervous about starting the removal process, please go here! I was admittedly embarrassed the first time I went in; the tattoo I was lightening was large, bold, and bad, and I almost expected the tech to laugh when she saw it. Instead the tech put me at ease and assured me she would work with me to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my skin again. A few sessions later and I was back to showing off my arms again! As the techs will tell you, tattoo removal doesn't look the same for everyone. Results vary based on the age of the tattoo, the color used, the placement, and even the type of ink that was used. For the best results, listen to your techs' recommendations. Use the cream they give to you and switch to massaging vitamin E oil into the treated area after a week or so to help break up the ink particles (thanks for explaining how that works, Donna!) and book your next appointment before you leave to stay on schedule (they're pretty flexible if you need to adjust your appointment, too). A final note: even before COVID, this location has been on top of hygiene and cleanliness. Turns out they were still using my old chart from other location instead of my current treatment plan. When I called it out, the tech admitted it on the spot. This caused visible pigment loss on my coverup a tattoo I got. I filed a complaint with corporate. Their Medical Director reviewed it and said there was "no clinically significant fading." Which is funny, because that basically means their laser did nothing, so which is it? And they offered $500 refund on a $2,000+ unlimited package, and if I take the money, I'm no longer allowed to be their client. The tattoos aren't even close to removed. The tech admitted the mistake. They have test spot records that prove it. And this is what they came back with.

About a year ago he had a wonderful staff. Angela at the front desk was wonderful she was friendly and always had a smile. He also had very experienced women in the back drawing blood. I thought he finally found a great group. Then I went in one day and both my favorite girls were gone. Angela was no longer at the front and the cute little blonde was no longer taking my blood. I was very upset. I talk to some of these women still and I have to say I'm very disappointed that Dr. Sabitini would let Jen, the office manager turn his practice into her practice. Every time you go in to the office Jen is always yelling. And to be honest Lisa has smelled like alcohol more than once while drawing my blood. You had a great office at one time, but it just is getting worse. I have spoken to other patients and I know I am not the only one who feels this way. But Dr. Sabitini you are a wonderful doctor it's the staff around you that is not so wonderful.
