Everyone at our table agreed that it was extremely dry & barely edible. Cleanliness: One thing that I am always looking for and super mindful of when I first sit down to eat at a restaurant is how clean are their utensils? How clean are the plates & bowls? etc. Plates were pretty dirty, bowls were fine for soup, & utensils-- it is a good thing they do single use wooden chopsticks.
