After, I had a rash that was itchy and red for about a week and then it left marks for weeks. They said they would check in with me withinin the next 24 hours after my appt, they did not. I also scheduled my second appt at my first one - 8 weeks in advance and they called me a week before saying I will need to reschedule and their next soonest available is 3 weeks after my originally scheduled appt. I said I was unhappy with my experience so far and they were not willing to do anything to be accommodating or make up for the inconvenience.

I was able to take advantage of the new client special which gave me a reduced rate for the services. Even though I got the reduced rate she still put included some specific add-ons for my skin concerns and didn't charge me extra. I was pleasantly surprised by the red light therapy - the sensation was staring into the sun with your eyes closed. At first I was anxious that if I accidentally opened my eyes they would burn but once I relaxed it was really nice. The studio itself was really nice, had to walk up a set of stairs to get to her space. She was waiting for me when I arrived and everything was really safe for COVID-19 including touch less payment.
