Terrible, unprofessional place. Expensive, and non responsive. Couple of things to expect here.
1. You only see the doctor once, that's it. Any questions, you have to talk to the business owners, which are not doctors.
2. You can never get a hold of the owners, no automatic refills. Their always busy, good luck on getting your refill on time because you can never get a hold of anyone, want to talk to the doctor? That's comedy. Good luck
3. Their accounting and order keeping is atrocious. Want a refund or want to stop treatment?, good luck. They can't even manage to keep proper records or their patients, let alone orders. I wanted a refund for testosterone treatments I paid in advance, they didn't have the proper records, so I had to go to my bank and get bank statements to prove they owe me money. This is supposed a professional medical facility?! Wow.
4. Need blood tests? You have to pay. Want to
Get off treatment and in need of medication to regulate your hormones, you have to pay.
5. Expensive. They charged me 375 dollars for one 10ml vial of Testosterone Cypionate. They claim they gave me a discount.
They are scammers and not doctors, they claim they are medical facility that care about you, you only see the doctor once, all they want to do is charge you crazy money for medicine you can get for half the price. Avoid this place. Do your self a favor. read more
