I repeatedly asked her to add more to my cheeks because I saw no difference, but she never did. Instead, she insisted and became overly focused on my lips, which I did not come in for. She said she would work on my smoker lines, but then proceeded to inject my lips even though I did not want that. What we discussed beforehand was barely done. I ended up bruised all over on my lips, chin, and nasolabial folds, and after the full two-week waiting period there was still bruising, pain and no noticeable improvement. That's really awful feeling all the time, pain, and money I spent. It was all pain NO Gain! When I reached out to express my concerns, her response was very rude and dismissive. She told me I would have to pay MORE than I originally paid just to fix her mistakes and unevenness. She didn't take any accountability or show any empathy. It also appeared that she did not use the full amount of filler I purchased, and I felt rushed to "wait and see" despite there being no improvement. Overall, the service, attitude, and outcome were extremely disappointing. This was by far the worst beauty experience I've ever had, and I completely regret it.
