I started doing the math on down time and how long it'll take to get the best results, I figured March for me was the best time. I called him the following day to inquire pricing and to schedule and within 2 hours he was able to see me. Talk about perfect timing! I showed up to his cute studio and he was punctual. He had a long consultation with me and you could tell right away, he was an artist and loves his craft. Just looking at the dots and application of the pen prints, he aims to hit those wrinkles, lines and scars with every intention of maximizing the lift and smoothness. For those curious, it took 30 mins of numbing cream with a great conversation. Josh is sweet, warm and truly a great listener. 15 min procedure for my under eye bags and crows feet. Few hundred dollars. Second day was the ugliest. I slept elevated and woke up swollen. 6 days of cute grid dots. I definitely looked weird out but I don't care. Day 7 they dried and started popping off quickly. And day 8 was in my finals photo. Still a few left over dots and raw skin. It looks so good to me already, I can't wait to see what 2-3 months will be. Highly recommend Josh and this procedure! Can't wait to hit up this mouth and neck next!

Julie's massage is highly intuitive, striking the perfect balance between long, flowing strokes and targeted, expert attention where I needed it. Her pressure was perfect. Julie is incredibly professional and takes the time to understand exactly what's bothering you before she even starts. We talked through the areas where I was dealing with chronic tension and pain, and she explained how she'd approach the session. The massage was exactly what I needed. She worked out knots and tight muscles that have been bothering me for a long time, but somehow managed to keep the entire experience relaxing from beginning to end. Great pressure, amazing technique, and a smooth flow that never felt choppy or clinical. I signed up for the monthly membership before I left because it honestly offers a lot for the price. The gratuity is already included, you get a complimentary enhancement every month, and seeing the same therapist regularly just makes sense if you're serious about feeling better. I also asked about using my HSA. While they're still looking into accepting HSA payments directly, they were more than happy to provide a detailed invoice for reimbursement, and I appreciated that the owner immediately started researching it after I asked. Julie only sees a handful of clients each day so she can give everyone her full attention. Do yourself a favor and book ahead because I don't think openings will last long. If you're a first time massage client, you'll also get 15% off your first appointment. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Do NOT have the tech Lyssa work on you! She is…read moreextremely rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and sloppy. Full version: I've been coming to this location for laser hair removal for years. I've treated two previous areas and I'm currently working on my 3rd. I've always had consistent, thorough treatments, until last night. My most recent session with Lyssa was the complete opposite and honestly was a complete waste of money. I had gotten off work at 4 from north county and traffic was bad so I was about 10 minutes late for a 5:15 appointment. However, the clinic was not busy and I didn't see anyone after me so there was absolutely no reason for the session to be so rude and rushed the way it was. The first thing Lyssa said/asked upon us meeting for the first time was if I was there to treat my lower-face treatment. I told her I had never done that before and that maybe she was looking at another Jessica's chart since my name is so common it happens often. When Lyssa starts the laser, she asks if it was painful and I say yes, so she asks if I want to turn it down and I say no, just turn the air up higher. She said it was already at the max setting which it wasn't (I know exactly what that setting feels like after multiple past sessions), but she insisted it was without checking. The entire treatment took under TWO minutes, and she did not go over any area twice, which is the standard every other technician here has followed. That's a $70 per MINUTE session. She asked if I needed aloe and then left the room. Cold. Abrupt. Dismissive. Such a disgusting attitude. I walked out feeling like I she ripped me off and treated me like trash. I should not have to pay full price for a session that was rushed, incomplete, and performed with dismissive attitude and zero care. Instead, she gave me a horrible experience. In my way to the receptionist, I see Lyssa in the hall and she quickly turns into an EMPTY room then closes the door behind her. When I get to the receptionist, I ask for the managers info, which I only do in extreme cases. The receptionist asks me, did you not get the treatment? And I said, "Exactly... That's how short it was!" If the clinic wants to maintain its reputation, there needs to be consistency in training and expectations. What I experienced with Lyssa was unprofessional and below the standard of this location. Sometimes employees get an entitled and rude attitude when they've been somewhere for a while. The manager was supposed to call me back today and has not done so yet.
