I lived here for a year (and had friends who lived here for several years), and I loved it! I had a one bedroom apartment. It had a ton of space in each room, and 3 closets for storage! The two walk-in closets in the bedrooms are huge! The kitchen is also pretty big for a one bedroom apartment, with plenty of room to have a small dining table. I loved that the apartment had its own washer/dryer and dishwasher! I also will really miss the ceiling fan in the living room.
As for working with Regency Apartments, I never had a single issue with anyone who worked in the office. I only had one maintenance request that wasn't fulfilled within 24 hours (usually more like 3-4), and that was for the blinds on the back window. They emailed me within a few hours of me submitting the request to say it would take a few days, so it wasn't like I didn't hear from them promptly. Everyone who works in the office is really nice and friendly, and the move-in/move-out process was so easy to deal with!
The community itself is really pretty. I think it's gotten nicer since my friends lived there a few years ago. It's in a great part of town - only a mile south of downtown, and the B-line extension runs right by the complex. The landscaping is also nice. I always felt like it was a safe, relatively quiet place to live. If I didn't have to leave Bloomington for a job, I expect I would have stayed in Regency Court for a long time! read more
