The floors were engrained with dirt, there was old food stuck around the edges which looked to have been there for a long time, the tables were dirty and sticky.it was in an old building however obviously not being well maintained. The ceiling above us was very damp with plaster flaking off. The only staff member we saw was pleasant and I did not bring my dissatisfaction to his attention. The noodle boxes we had were ok. All in all I'd give it 3.5 stars but I though giving it three stars on here wouldn't be fair to knock their rating down.
