It has been a year and I am still cleaning paint off my floors. I was told by Marcus that he always…read moreputs down drop cloths, he didn't use them at all. As a result I have had to deal with cleaning paint off of every floor. I was told that he taped and then caulked edges to make sure of a clean crisp line, again this did not happen. There were multiple places where the space was small between doors, these were not painted at all. In my office where they were old anchors from a curtain rod in the wall he did not remove them but instead painted over them leaving bulging places on my wall. There were multiple places where he did not put enough paint on the wall requiring us to go back and repaint. Also multiple places where wall paint was on the trim which had to be repainted. Then he made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I paid him a lot of money to paint them. These were painted at the last minute when he was due for another job. Instead of postponing his next job he painted the cabinets and then put them up still wet. We had to go back and do extensive repainting. Had I not been very ill and had noticed how bad the job was I would not have paid him over $11,000 to paint my 2000 sf home. Of course as a professional painter he knew it wasn't a good job and should have done the job right as he was hired to do. Yes I could have called him back and he may have come but frankly after the job he did I did not want him back in my house. Markus over promised and absolutely under delivered.

When he had finished the project which included painting our granddaughter's room pink with white trim, and our garage to include cleaning/sanding the ceiling, mudding the ceiling 3 times, sanding again and painting. This was before he did the walls, steps and rail, and floor which he had to grind first. The end product was perfect. Clean up was done every day before he left. My wife and I cannot overstate his professionalism and the great job that he does. I believe he's the best around and will use him again if I need painting done. No. 1, CLASS act. Jon M. Not only did he give me a fair price, he hung a zippered plastic around the whole area I lived in, was more than considerate of my needs, completed the job in the time frame he stated, and did a major extra repair that could not be foreseen at no extra charge. My ceiling is gorgeous. Smooth, white and more than I could have asked for. They left me with no mess to clean up and literally washed a smear that got on my woodwork. Would and do recommend them to everyone I know . They left me feeling like I made a new friend and I am so happy with my home now. Thank you Mr. Ferrara and Deanne!

He came by to look at the job in person and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He expressed his sympathies for my situation and told me he would love the opportunity to fix my ceilings. I could tell this wasn't just another job to him. Bill actually cares about helping his customers. He guaranteed I'd be happy with the outcome and promised to leave my ceilings looking like the damage never happened. I asked him how soon he could start and he said he could start the very next day! By the end of our meeting I knew he was the best person for the job. He was so easy to work with, always professional , always positive, and completed the job expeditiously ! Bill's been doing drywall work for over 40 years and has truly perfected his craft. He did an amazing job covering up my wall and floors to ensure they remained free of paint and debris. Diane, his spouse / business partner swept and mopped for me when he was all done. They make a great team. Don't be discouraged by the fact that Bill doesn't have too many reviews. He's been too humble to ask anyone to leave reviews for him ! But notice that the reviews he does have are great!! I encouraged him to start asking for online feedback from here on out so that people know how great he is at his job! I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality of his service and would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of these services.
