This is my favorite theatre in the city. Plenty of free parking in the area, fresh popcorn every time, and comfortable lounge seating. What more do you want from a movie theatre? Great vibe. They have fun pre show. they enforce movie etiquette - no phones, talking, etc. which is excellent. All awesome. Seats great. Folks friendly. I love going to the movies and since this theater is the easiest for me to get to, I chose to get a Regal Unlimited Pass. The pass is about $27/month, which pays for itself if you go at least twice a month. Without the Unlimited Pass, tickets are ~$20 including fees. The quality of the theater is okay. This theater has reclining chairs, which is nice; however, they look a little run down. The concession area is usually a little messy, and the popcorn is never really that fresh. I like that you are able to add your own butter, but sometimes the button on the butter dispenser gets stuck. The staff is friendly enough and my experiences are always positive so I will continue coming back. read more

Let me just say I hadn't been to this actual theater in over 10 years until this June. Just for perspective Barnes and Noble bookstore was still there and well parking was free. Overall, the theater was clean and the updated seating (large, reclining seats) were nice surprises. But hey as with Marcus and AMC you can find heated and those seats where the arm rest moves to allow more comfort. Came here because it was the most convenient local meetup with some friends at a normal time, and holy shit I will never be coming back here again- prices are absolutely fucking insane (and they intentionally try and hide them so you don't know how much a normal popcorn and drink combo costs until you're paying). How are you a nationwide chain and offer nothing of value compared to your competitors? No wonder movie theaters are dying- this is the average movie-going experience. I visited Regal Webster Place to see the movie Transformers: Rise of the Beasts because the start time at this theater was fitting for me. Regal Webster Place was also similar in distance from my residence compared to Regal City North which I have visited numerous times in the past. I loved that Regal Webster Place has a parking garage which was very convenient for me. Recently, I was not fond of Regal City North after receiving a letter in the mail stating that I did not pay for parking which resulted in me having to pull up my receipt to show proof. To park at Regal City North, it was required to scan a barcode that further takes you to a website to pay. Needless to say that the parking system at Regal City North is flawed and I cannot see myself returning again for that reason. Paying for parking at Regal Webster Place, I paid with a credit card at the exit gate with no issues whatsoever. Purchasing my movie ticket through the self-service kiosk machine was convenient because there was no line. It was slightly confusing at first due to so many options shown but I eventually caught on. Once I found and entered the theater where my movie was being shown, I located my seat which was identified by alphabet letters located along the floor, with the number of the seat on the arm-rest. I loved the reclining chair, even though I felt like a total geek figuring out how to work it. The reclining chair added a lot of comfort and I do not recall moving around once in discomfort which most theater chairs are known for. Absolutely love this location. We went to see Ghostbusters after life and there were children in the theater but they were very well behaved. Parking was super easy to find but addition to that they have an attached garage which is only $6 when you buy a movie. This location has a full bar and recliner seats. They also have plenty of of sanitizer and other things to keep you safe while watching a movie. They enforce mask at this location. When you arrive you can buy your tickets self serve or through the customer service booth. They also have the ability to buy ticket on their app. I like that this location has fresh popcorn with do-it-yourself butter. The full bar Has everything you can think of. I felt that prices were really fair for the drinks. I got a grand margaritas and it was good but too much blackberry syrup. I really want to check out their unlimited program, it seems really reasonable to pay $22 a month for unlimited movies. Seems like there are a lot of movies coming out on 2022 and it will be well worth the value. I didn't use to go to movies much, but now I do a little more since my partner follows a few Marvel movies and many of them no longer stream premier at subscription services. "Regal Webster" in the DePaul area is our go-to cinema. All the amenities seem to be in decent conditions. The nicest thing they offer is probably the leather recliner seats. Honestly, if you are one of these individuals who fall asleep no matter what is playing on the screen, chilling on the seat and and closing the eyes may sound pretty good to you. Paid street parking is available. Otherwise, the theater validates parking and provides a reduced rate of $6. In terms of cleanliness, the washroom is a hit or miss. There are no toilet seat covers. Bring your own sanitation wipes with you if you need to. I highly recommend that. Restaurants and nightlife scenes are popping near the cinema, so I think the location is good for that reason. read more

Mistakenly booked tickets to this regal and found out when we reached the regal by us. Unknowingly the regal we booked tickets to was 1100 miles away. I immediately reached out got a reply a few days later asking for more details. I sent and then was sent an email said "our refund policy is this". So pretty much I just gave then $80 for a movie I could have never attended. No regard to help in anyway just stated 60 mins prior to movie passed and that's that. I've been many times to regal and I assure you I will no longer be returning to any location. I love going to Webster! It is a bit pricey with things like concessions and such but I also love that you can butter your own popcorn to your desire (I personally love lots of butter lol) but I love the movie experiences and I always love to kick back and relax with the recliner chairs and tables and just overall be comfortable and just enjoy the movie that I'm seeing! I am one of those people that goes to see movies alone but it's still a fun and amazing experience and will always be one of my favorite go to places for movies! read more

This is a decent theater. There is a parking lot, but I always park on the street. The theaters are small, but I am ok with that. They have the recliner seats, which I love. The table top for each seat is a good size if you want to bring food in to eat. The nice thing about this theater is the bar. The bad thing about this theater is the bar. Prices are typical of a theater, but you can only order one drink at a time. So if you are in the theater and want to get drinks for you and your friend, you can't. The bartender is only able to serve one drink at a time. This means you both have to leave and get your own drink. They will not allow you to pay for two drinks, bring one in, come back and get the other. Food is pretty decent. You have to order from the concession stand and they bring it over to the bar area. I love the Chimichurri Steak street tacos, although they are not served on tortillas but on what appeared to be flat bread....very filling and tasty. They came with either chips or a side salad. I also got the Buffalo Chicken Nachos...decent enough. They have bubbles, so that is a win for me. The theater is clean, the chairs work and I can have bubbles while watching a movie. read more

Went to see the latest marvel Spider-Man movie. I love that there's parking on site. It's about $6 with validation. The was an attendant at the entrance to enforce Covid vaccination rules. The are lots of bathos doing it's clean enough. The seats are big and they recline which I love. I didn't get anything from the concession stand but I saw lots of big tubs of popcorn. My friend and I came here to see I want to dance with somebody, and we both decided to stick around since we were already in the area and didn't make sense to try to find an AMC nearby even though I'm a Stubs A List member. We also saw that there's validated parking at a reasonable price, so it helped that I was able to move my car away from the metered parking (2 hour max) to their $6 for 4 hours parking instead. The self ticketing kiosks were convenient and pretty easy to use. I've interacted with 3 staff members on this trip, and only one of them was friendly and helpful and that was a gentlemen who answered me question about parking validation. There was a lady who stood by the table with the Pussy in the Boots sign who was running the register at one point, she stopped what she was doing to tell us that she can let us know what theatre we're at which I can appreciate, but I clearly saw my ticket and knew where I needed to go. When I told her, I'm at theatre 6, she then said oh okay. My friend said she needed to relax because we just bought the tickets, I was in the middle of putting my wallet away and was about to go through each receipt that came out of the kiosk. We also wanted to go to concessions stand next since we hadn't made it that far yet. When we made it to the concession stand, the ladies there didn't like the fact that we wanted the kids meal to control our portions, and we also liked that it didn't break the bank and had everything (a snack, a drink and a taste of popcorn). The popcorn didn't taste fresh, the Sierra Mist was watered down, and the snack was Welch fruit snacks which I'm happy about). I think that they're probably mad at the manager or the fact that they had to work on a New Year's observed day, but we didn't do anything wrong to be given an attitude towards. The tickets to the movie were also pricey like $15/ticket. I normally get 3 movies free per week. Also, theatre 6 was not cleaned at all. There was trash everywhere that was left over from the previous customers that were there. When we arrived, the screen was off, and it was a couple that was sitting in our row that beat us to the theatre. My friend and I wiped down our seats ourselves. Coming here made me take it for granted how clean the AMC theaters are and parking is usually free at AMC. I think that if you live in the city and close to a Regal, their unlimited monthly pass is a good deal. If you have options, I wouldn't suggest coming here. read more

I haven't been to this theater, since I was a teen... many moons ago. This place validates parking, and by validate, I don't mean free. It is discounted from the otherwise $10 charge the garage parking lot charges (as of 2018). Keep in mind, you need to park in the garage, and not the open parking lot right next to the theater, as that parking lot is reserved for the other businesses apparently. The lobby concessions had the usual overpriced items such as popcorn, candy, soft drinks, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, etc. The theater we were in, theater 2, was somewhat small. There was only about 6 rows of seats. The seats were nice. They were made of leather and reclined. Perfect for a nap. Sound and picture quality was A-OK. BATHROOM REVIEW: Located near theaters 8-12, the men's bathrooms was spacious and included 8 urinals and 5 stalls. There were 5 sinks for your hand washing pleasure and three hand dryers. This theatre definitely shows it 'age'. Upon entering from the ground floor and taking the escalators the outdated furnishings, decor and carpet is evident this place needs a facelift. The ticket counter and concession stand is on the second level when you get off the escalator. There are threates down to the right and left. Couldn't find restrooms on the north/right end, only the left. Overall the threate serves its purpose of watching a movie but its not your 'cinematic experience' if that is what you're looking for. read more

I came here to watch the new Star Wars movie (Rise of Skywalker) for the 2:45 showing in theater 3. This was a 3-D theater, just off the ticket stand atop the escalators. I'm all, I have to say it was a positive experience. We bought popcorn and soda at the concession stand on the way in. Granted, it is extremely overpriced but I expect that nowadays when I go to the movies (for 2 med pops and large popcorn, is was roughly $23.00). The movie tickets were purchased online a few days before because I knew it was going to be crowded on Christmas day at this Regal. The seats were very roomy and I like how they adjusted to decline. I also liked the sound levels in this theater. Screen viewing was easy because of the slope of the floor. My only knock against this place is not having clearly marked restrooms... at least for the guys. They need to clearly illuminate where the men's room is. There's a woman's room right outside of this particular theater but you will have to search for the men's bathroom. I found it down a long hall and wow did I have to look. After drinking an entire movie sized container of diet Coke, you can imagine I really had to relieve myself. Yes, you'll pay extra at this theater but it's worth the money. read more

Ats: 2600 N Western Ave. Their confusing and new parking paying mechanism leads to a predatory scheme were it is very easy for ABM to stick you with "fines" for "no paying or paying late" immediately after you walk out of the theater. Their supposedly posted signs are not the traditional signage used before this new scheme. Also they push you to pay using a vendor, Google pay, which I don't use at all. Furthermore they allow you a very, extremely narrow window to pay for your parking ticket. If you ended up paying after watching the movie, you will be "fined" $80! That's what happened to me and my wife. Later on the same day I got at text message with a charlatan content " ... we noticed that you forgot to pay for your parking..." and with a link to a ABM website to pay $80. Webster Place is just like another large cineplex with multi movie screens. The main lobby is on the second floor, however, don't worry, there are stairs, elevator and an escalator available. Purchasing tickets are very easy since there are multiple kiosks and ticket agents. Please note, lines to purchase tickets are generally long so it's quicker to use the kiosks. At the same time, you can pick your seating. The prices are okay and I would recommend the discounted times. The concession stand is also on the second level. It seems like the stand is always under staffed so prepare to stand in line. The prices are normal for a cineplex. The theaters are theater style with reclining chairs. The chairs are comfortable. At times, you can hear the movie from the next theater which can be frustrating. Overall, a great place to watch a movie and I will be back. read more

As far as Regals go, this one is pretty darn nice. It's definitely way better than the one closer to home for me (Bucktown). The seats are nice leather recliners (unlike Bucktown), there is an awesome bar (unlike Bucktown) but they don't have a Coke FreeStyle (Bucktown does). So let me first tell you about the lovely bar. Well the bartender, he wasn't friendly at all. However, he'll wristband you up, let you know of their liquor limits then poor you a $6 brew. Yep, they have a bunch of good beer options for just $6 on draft. Genuinely good craft beer options. You can have a beer or two at the bar prior to your movie, then pick up your cup and stroll right on into the theater with your boos. No need anymore to sneak in tiny bottles of wine to a movie theater! Oh wait....everyone's friends didn't do that? Um...yea...mine either. Assigned seats are the bomb here. The seats are great but not quite as great as the cushy AMC recliners. Validate your parking for $5.50 in their giant garage. Overall, perhaps as good as Regals get in the city. I still prefer AMC theaters but there aren't any in the city with as good a parking situation as Regals. read more

I've been a loyal AMC Theater patron for years now and have been spoiled by its Stubs reward perks and recliner seat theaters. However, AMEX lured me here for a free movie screening for Inferno. Hard to pass up! When you first walk in, you're greeted with stairs and escalators. Since I'm trying to be in shape, I opted for the stairs and wasn't out of breath like I used to be. Once you're on the second level, you'll see a bar to your left, concession stand in the middle, and ticket area on the right. The stanchions in the middle remind me of a maze, but fortunately they label where to go for those who are terrible with directions. Tickets on a weekday are about $13, which is on par with the AMC River East and AMC 600 North Michigan theaters. The seats recline and have a swivel table that reminds you of high school all over again. They are leather seats, and you sink into the cushion a little when you sit. I picked a middle seat in Row D and didn't sink in much because so many people apparently sat in that seat and made their mark. If you're in the area, it seems worth checking out. read more

The tickets are a little pricey, but this place is really clean and nice to watch movies at. The staff is great and helpful too. Food prices are pretty inflated but that's standard for most theaters.
