I visited Regal Webster Place to see the movie Transformers: Rise of the Beasts because the start time at this theater was fitting for me. Regal Webster Place was also similar in distance from my residence compared to Regal City North which I have visited numerous times in the past. I loved that Regal Webster Place has a parking garage which was very convenient for me. Recently, I was not fond of Regal City North after receiving a letter in the mail stating that I did not pay for parking which resulted in me having to pull up my receipt to show proof. To park at Regal City North, it was required to scan a barcode that further takes you to a website to pay. Needless to say that the parking system at Regal City North is flawed and I cannot see myself returning again for that reason. Paying for parking at Regal Webster Place, I paid with a credit card at the exit gate with no issues whatsoever. Purchasing my movie ticket through the self-service kiosk machine was convenient because there was no line. It was slightly confusing at first due to so many options shown but I eventually caught on. Once I found and entered the theater where my movie was being shown, I located my seat which was identified by alphabet letters located along the floor, with the number of the seat on the arm-rest. I loved the reclining chair, even though I felt like a total geek figuring out how to work it. The reclining chair added a lot of comfort and I do not recall moving around once in discomfort which most theater chairs are known for. With all shared in this review, Regal Webster Place won my heart instantly, and I will surely return again. ~ Peace. Love. Happiness. ~ Thomas G

Absolutely love this location. We went to see Ghostbusters after life and there were children in the theater but they were very well behaved. Parking was super easy to find but addition to that they have an attached garage which is only $6 when you buy a movie. This location has a full bar and recliner seats. They also have plenty of of sanitizer and other things to keep you safe while watching a movie. They enforce mask at this location. When you arrive you can buy your tickets self serve or through the customer service booth. They also have the ability to buy ticket on their app. I like that this location has fresh popcorn with do-it-yourself butter. The full bar Has everything you can think of. I felt that prices were really fair for the drinks. I got a grand margaritas and it was good but too much blackberry syrup. I really want to check out their unlimited program, it seems really reasonable to pay $22 a month for unlimited movies. Seems like there are a lot of movies coming out on 2022 and it will be well worth the value. Unlimited program right now o ly requires a 3 month commitment versus yhe traditional 6month commitment.

This is a decent theater. There is a parking lot, but I always park on the street. The theaters are small, but I am ok with that. They have the recliner seats, which I love. The table top for each seat is a good size if you want to bring food in to eat. The nice thing about this theater is the bar. The bad thing about this theater is the bar. Prices are typical of a theater, but you can only order one drink at a time. So if you are in the theater and want to get drinks for you and your friend, you can't. The bartender is only able to serve one drink at a time. This means you both have to leave and get your own drink. They will not allow you to pay for two drinks, bring one in, come back and get the other. Food is pretty decent. You have to order from the concession stand and they bring it over to the bar area. I love the Chimichurri Steak street tacos, although they are not served on tortillas but on what appeared to be flat bread....very filling and tasty. They came with either chips or a side salad. I also got the Buffalo Chicken Nachos...decent enough. They have bubbles, so that is a win for me. The theater is clean, the chairs work and I can have bubbles while watching a movie.

My friend and I came here to see I want to dance with somebody, and we both decided to stick around since we were already in the area and didn't make sense to try to find an AMC nearby even though I'm a Stubs A List member. We also saw that there's validated parking at a reasonable price, so it helped that I was able to move my car away from the metered parking (2 hour max) to their $6 for 4 hours parking instead. The self ticketing kiosks were convenient and pretty easy to use. I've interacted with 3 staff members on this trip, and only one of them was friendly and helpful and that was a gentlemen who answered me question about parking validation. There was a lady who stood by the table with the Pussy in the Boots sign who was running the register at one point, she stopped what she was doing to tell us that she can let us know what theatre we're at which I can appreciate, but I clearly saw my ticket and knew where I needed to go. When I told her, I'm at theatre 6, she then said oh okay. My friend said she needed to relax because we just bought the tickets, I was in the middle of putting my wallet away and was about to go through each receipt that came out of the kiosk. We also wanted to go to concessions stand next since we hadn't made it that far yet. When we made it to the concession stand, the ladies there didn't like the fact that we wanted the kids meal to control our portions, and we also liked that it didn't break the bank and had everything (a snack, a drink and a taste of popcorn). The popcorn didn't taste fresh, the Sierra Mist was watered down, and the snack was Welch fruit snacks which I'm happy about). I think that they're probably mad at the manager or the fact that they had to work on a New Year's observed day, but we didn't do anything wrong to be given an attitude towards. The tickets to the movie were also pricey like $15/ticket. I normally get 3 movies free per week. Also, theatre 6 was not cleaned at all. There was trash everywhere that was left over from the previous customers that were there. When we arrived, the screen was off, and it was a couple that was sitting in our row that beat us to the theatre. My friend and I wiped down our seats ourselves. Coming here made me take it for granted how clean the AMC theaters are and parking is usually free at AMC. I think that if you live in the city and close to a Regal, their unlimited monthly pass is a good deal. If you have options, I wouldn't suggest coming here.

Went to see the latest marvel Spider-Man movie. I love that there's parking on site. It's about $6 with validation. The was an attendant at the entrance to enforce Covid vaccination rules. The are lots of bathos doing it's clean enough. The seats are big and they recline which I love. I didn't get anything from the concession stand but I saw lots of big tubs of popcorn. The theater was clean overall best part is their comfy seats are my favorite.

this is my favorite movie theater. I love the reclining seats. It's really the only place that I ever go because of the reclining seats.

This movie is one of my go to movies and the whole concept blew me away the first time I saw it and I still love the concept. The Rooftop Cinema Club Fulton Market is located The Emily Hotel, on the rooftop (hence the name...HAHAHAHAHA!) The layout is quite nice. You enter on the 6th floor but to access the cinema requires you to go outside and down a flight of stairs. There is a bar to the left as you enter that serves cocktails, bubbles (yay!) and some food (pizza, chicken tenders, walking tacos, etc.) and to the right you can pick up your headphones and tickets for popcorn (if you purchased a ticket that includes popcorn). Seating consists of Adirondack chairs and loveseats. I purchased a loveseat, which ended up costing me about $75 in total (price of ticket, fees) but I wanted to spread out and have space to put my feet up and have a table next to me for my food and drinks. Seating is first come, first serve, which I am cool with. I love that they had astroturf on he ground, it felt nice taking my shoes off and feeling it on my feet. When checking in, you get this nice set of headphones to listen to the movie through. I was wondering how that was going to work with the street noises downstair. The person handing out the headphones made it a point to let me know that the headphones were ready to and had been sanitized. The Adirondack loveseat was comfortable and I was able to spread out and enjoy the movie in style. I took a bed seating pillow with me as didn't know what to expect in terms of comfort. While I was glad I took it, it wasn't really needed as the cushions in the chair were just fine. But it did come in handy as a pillow so I could walk the movie in a reclining position. This can be an expensive movie if you are like me, requiring some space, comfort, good eats and bubble. As I mentioned, the ticket for the loveseat was about $75, plus an additional $100 for bubbles and food, but I am worth it. That said, while I loved the experience, I am not a fan of the programming to date. There are offerings that I am sure most people love to see, I am not a fan of them. But the minute they have a movie I want to see, like Inception, Alien/Predator/Resident Evil franchise, to name a few, I will be back to the Rooftop.

He rented out the space, he generously provided an assortment of snacks and drinks and provided his own copies of the movies on Blu Ray. It was a great time. I bought tickets online so I simply had them scanned upon arrival. Having to wait in line for a kiosk to open up would be incredibly annoying. I saw Scream 7 opening day, so the theater was packed. I walked right to the concession stand only to find a long line at the only available kiosk. Rather than wait in line, we ordered via the AMC app. I'm not sure if doing that was much faster, but we were at least able to skip the line. The bathrooms could definitely use a refresh. It smelled, and the toilet paper was running low. Some of the soap dispensers were also empty. I went to an IMAX showing and found the seats really uncomfortable. They've been updated, but they're definitely not as comfortable as the old Icon red recliners. They also don't recline as much, which sucked. The popcorn was fresh and hot, though, which is a big plus. The AMC theater in the burbs that I usually visit dumps popcorn from bags into the counter storage area. I also just saw the Michael Jackson movie there too and had a similar experience. I rarely go to the movies in the city, but if I do, I might have to go to AMC on Columbus or Block 37. I'm not sure if I can keep this location on the list.

Judging by the reviews, I'm not alone here…read more I've been a longtime fan of the ICON Theater at 1011 S. Delano Ct E, so I was excited (and a bit cautious) when AMC took over. Unfortunately, the rebrand hasn't been a great experience so far. The biggest change is the shift to touchscreen kiosks for both tickets and concessions. While convenient in theory, it removes a lot of flexibility and human interaction. Once you order, you're funneled through the system with little room to make adjustments or ask questions without jumping through hoops. For example, I ordered Impossible nuggets and selected one sauce. When I tried to ask for a different sauce at the counter, I was told I had to go back to the kiosk and place a new order. I ended up speaking to three different people, including a manager, just to swap or add a $1 sauce. That level of rigidity is frustrating and unnecessary, and it actually made me late for my movie. Another issue is the bar and grill. I arrived early hoping to sit at the bar while waiting for a friend, but I was told I couldn't enter unless I had already purchased a movie ticket. Since we planned to buy tickets together, I couldn't go in. Even security didn't understand the policy. It feels shortsighted, why have a bar if people can't access it freely? It limits both customer experience and potential business. On the positive side, the theater itself is still great. The seating remains comfortable, and the movie experience hasn't changed much from the ICON days. Overall, though, AMC has made the experience more complicated and less customer-friendly. The over-reliance on kiosks and strict policies takes away from what used to be an easy, enjoyable outing. I'm glad the space still exists, but I hope improvements are made, especially when it comes to customer service and accessibility. 2 out of 5 stars.
